Nothing but good experiences but tonight really stood out. ordered pizza and went to pick it up. we waited a little longer then normal and the manager noticed and decided to comp our meal. There ovens went down and they were really behind. She was slammed trying to get orders out but still noticed how long we were waiting. I want to recognize the manager, the store and the employees for doing such a great job.
I have ordered pizza from here multiple times and have always had great experiences! The pizza and other items all taste great. Delivery has always been very fast. I highly recommend this Marcos!
Normally everything is really good! However tonight it took a long time. They told me 15 minutes and it ended up being 40 minutes. They were extremely busy and my pizza sat there for almost 10 minutes before I had to ask if it was ready. They forgot our garlic butter and parmesan crust and everything was cold. Very disappointed tonight! There were lots of errors with other order while I was waiting.
