Horrible service , the manager Chelsie would rather argue with customers instead of give exceptional customer service. A problem that could have been solved in store by her just giving what was ordered through the app turned into a big scene in the parking lot causing multiple customers to feel uncomfortable and threatened, minors included in this situation. This manager could possibly be a liability to this what used to be nice franchise.

I know it's probably weird to review a McDonald's, but I really had a great experience at the Maumee/Conant location. The dining room is really cute (blue and red design). Nice seating (especially if you have a large group). We went in the evening and the lighting was nice. It felt cozy. The food was fresh. The employees were extra nice. The place was very clean. This location was just really exceptional for that visit.

Went through the drive through around 8:00 on a Friday night and ordered a quarter pounder meal. Food was fresh, the Coca-Cola was crisp, and the employee was friendly.

AWFUL AWFUL management and employees, I ordered and paid for a large fry and a drink and they refused to give me my order when I got up to the window. The manager yelled through the window saying I had no such order and that she refused to give me service she proceeded to say goodbye and locked the window. I said I needed my refund she refused so I sat in the drive thru and then she gave me my refund while yelling at me continuously. That was horrendous and sickening behavior

Asked for a Carmel frappe frappe had no Carmel so I asked could I get some old blind lady was very rude because I’m black she was so rude to me I tried telling the manager he hung up in my face will never come here again I have never been treated this way I am very upset
