Poor customer service at the window. Very rude. This just happened at 330pm 4/4 at the window where you pay. The female on the intercom was rude.

Asked for a Carmel frappe frappe had no Carmel so I asked could I get some old blind lady was very rude because I’m black she was so rude to me I tried telling the manager he hung up in my face will never come here again I have never been treated this way I am very upset

Lobby is closed. Drive thru has difficulties taking accurate orders. When I addressed this at the window, I was met with attitude. I told them to cancel the order and I'll just go to chic fil a from now on

It's McDonald's, I got what I expected with regard to the food, it's pretty much always the same. But I went into the ladies' room and the built-in soap dispenser was empty or non-functional, I don't know, and they had store-bought hand soap, like the orange Dial, which would be fine except it had obviously run out a while ago and been completely filled to the top with water to I guess avoid replacing it. And that's fine for at home, like I'm not going to worry about that at my own house or my friend's house, I occasionally add a little water to stretch the last of the soap if I just haven't had time to get to the grocery store and I'll be replacing the soap within the next 24-48 hours and it's not like the whole entire bottle is water, it's just a splash. But this is food service, this is the same soap the employees are using after they use the restroom. And it's frickin' McDonald's, they can afford soap. So I will not be eating here again because I don't need e. coli. Gross.

Had to get the Mc Rib the other day it's nostalgic to me so when they have it I get one. Ordered it on the app for counter pick up and the service was very rude. Probably won't be back.

One of the best Mcdonalds I've been to. Foods quick and the employees are friendly.
I usually order breakfast and pick up on Saturdays. Somethings going on with the curbside pick up the last couple weeks .Seems like the curb side orders is not showing up on their screen for curbside pick up.Today out of six slots they had four cars waiting at curbside.it’s easier for me to just order ahead for drive-through line pick up .

Do not get sausage burritos. It tastes like a burrito with nothing in it. Burger king has better burritos. The service was nice and they were pleasant. I like everyone who worked at the window. Y'all did a good job. The people who made the food did well too.
