We ordered 2 Mc doubles, 1 big Mac 1 large fry 4 pieces, nugget large coke and medium sprite and they gave us 4 Mc doubles one big Mac and a large fry coke and sprit and no nuggets because they mixed our oder with the person in front of us

Long time customer. Went on a Wednesday night 3/26/24 around 9pm and couldn’t believe how disinterested the employee was. They acted annoyed that we were there. The cold fries tasted like they had been sitting around for an hour. The owner really needs to train the employees. We are going to start going to a different location owned by someone that knows what they’re doing.

If I could rate it Zero stars I would!!!!!! This location is Ridiculous, not once not twice but 3 times have I had issues going there. A few months ago I had gone and they had accidentally swapped the orders with the person infront of us ( the car ahead had paid for my order and got their food) however I was then expected to pay for their food and receive what I had ordered (approximately $5 more than what my order should have cost) now normally this would not have been a big issue for me but the way it was handled was outrageous! I decided that mistakes happen and we decided to stop again yesterday. We go through the drive through and everything goes well until we get to the final window and they have us a mocha frappé instead of a Carmel frappé I was told it was rung in as mocha there was nothing they could do. Okay not a problem I then realized there was a sandwich missing and was told that never got rung up. Okay not a big deal I’ll go back around so I did, okay cool we now have everything I go to open my SPICY McCrispy and it’s just regular. I’m over it at this point. I go home. Well my husband stops today to pick me up the Spicy Mcrispy since I didn’t get it yesterday and guess what he brings home? A quarter pounder with cheese! Should he have double checked the bag, yes. But at this point it’s one thing after another y’all need to do better.

Not open at 5 o'clock. Every time I go there they mess up something on my order. Its a miracle they get paid 15 an hour when they can't even read a screen or open when they claim to.
Order from drive-thru. The waitress was very professional, nice, friendly, and courteous.

I ordered a quarter pounder value meal. I seriously think there was more grease than there was hamburgers and talk about wimpy soggy fries. Unfortunately burger king sounds so much better.

The sign says they start pay out at 12 to 17 per hour but only pay up to 13 an hour the gm Tony is a huge man baby that will break the rules when he has to do a crew position to help out but wants to act like it’s a sin if he catches you doing anything you seen him do my experience working at this store was awful just constant attitude it’s a job not a High school popularity contest and don’t get me wrong. A lot of the managers are not that bad to work for it’s just I believe they need to replace the general manager and put someone that actually knows how to do their job and lead by example in that position. and Tony if you’re reading this hi it’s Zach. Go F yourself I strongly believe you need a Midol and a snickers
