Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive-thru. Prompt service but they were out of pies and refunded me. The remaining order was fresh, but the fries had no salt and we didn't receive dipping sauce after asking and being told it was in the bag.

Thank you Arrowheads Pkwy McDonald's! You weren't like the other rude ass McDonald's Byrne/Glendale!!! I had went to your McDonald's all the way to Maumee because I had left that rude McDonald's on Byrne/Glendale. Thank you for your fast and friendly customer service!!! You put the smile back on my face and hope for McDonald's again. Has been my favorite fast food rest since I was 7 years old. I don't want to stop going to ANY Maumee becauae of 1 rude ass person that apparently couldn't get her sh** together beginning coming into work 😫. And if I waited a little longer on lane number 3, it was worth it! Those fries on the way back home were delicious! Thank you!!!

Fries hot, not seasoned. 1/4 pounder cooked and smashed to oblivion unedible! To me embarrassing to one of the most popular fast food giants. Get back to basics! Need to re learn how to make and serve a proper burger! Change what you are doing or start closing stores. This store sucks!!

The burger was super thin and over cooked the fish is way smaller than it used to not stick out of the bun like the picture shows the food is not worth the money anymore 😑 went through drive through and was parked for 10 minutes waiting for food

They forgot the sauces for the nuggets and salt and ketchup, which I asked for twice. Don't forget the fries, yeah, they forgot the fries. Not the best McDonald's I've been to.

Upon arrival, an employee was on her phone around all of the food. I was thinking she probably touches everyone's food and her phone at the same time. Nasty! The lady that assisted me behind the counter was helpful and friendly. After eating, I took my baby to change his diaper, but there was no diaper changing station in the restroom. Dumbfounded, I went back out to the counter to ask one of the employees where it was located, but nobody acknowledged me standing there, and by this time the same woman that was on her phone when my family first entered, was now walking around the food area, behind counter, talking on the phone and I heard her say "alright, I love you", which tells me this was a personal phone call. Finally, after about 2 minutes of waiting to be acknowledged, I hollered towards the employees "Hey, where's your baby changing station?" One of the few employees that could hear me briefly acknowledged me and told me they don't have one. I asked then why not, and pretty much got ignored. The food was ok, although the breakfast biscuit was hard. Also, poop on the toliet!

Went through the drive thru, was the only vehicle.
Ordered a McCrispy combo.
Pick up window had a whole pile of garbage on the ground under it.
Get my food, drive 10 minutes to my destination, open the bag to a single hamburger and some wilted soggy fries.
I had to wait for my food. I was happy to see the woman walk up to. Thank you.

I’ve been here several times. Worst McDonalds in West Toledo. The food isn’t great, wait sucks and the workers are rude. Sucks for the franchise owner b/c Chic Fil A opened up across the road. Sales gonna plummet as they should for this McDonalds location. Gonna be deader than it already always is.

I came here to quickly pick up breakfast. The food was average for a McDonald’s. They now serve three flavors of Krispy Kreme donuts. The service here isn't the best.
Why does every order have to pull over into the drive-through waiting. Big Mac and fries. Four cars in the reserve waiting no other cars in line. Place not busy. How did they manage to get their food to you for over 40 years at the window. And now the last couple years you are placed you have to pull over and wait. It's very rare that I hit McDonald's due to prices and the long wait times.
