It’s almost funny how terrible this location is. Orders are consistently incorrect, food is often stale, and the drive-through times rival Culver’s but with the chance of being entirely forgotten.

Just way to give a huge shoutout to Brandi and her team today July 29th 2025 just for the overall outstanding performance. It is inhumanly hot inside that building but they still gave me the best experience possible and were so quick to get the order out! Seriously, give these guys a lot more credit and better A/C! 5 stars across the board for her and her team <3

Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive-thru. Prompt service but they were out of pies and refunded me. The remaining order was fresh, but the fries had no salt and we didn't receive dipping sauce after asking and being told it was in the bag.

Thank you Arrowheads Pkwy McDonald's! You weren't like the other rude ass McDonald's Byrne/Glendale!!! I had went to your McDonald's all the way to Maumee because I had left that rude McDonald's on Byrne/Glendale. Thank you for your fast and friendly customer service!!! You put the smile back on my face and hope for McDonald's again. Has been my favorite fast food rest since I was 7 years old. I don't want to stop going to ANY Maumee becauae of 1 rude ass person that apparently couldn't get her sh** together beginning coming into work 😫. And if I waited a little longer on lane number 3, it was worth it! Those fries on the way back home were delicious! Thank you!!!

Fries hot, not seasoned. 1/4 pounder cooked and smashed to oblivion unedible! To me embarrassing to one of the most popular fast food giants. Get back to basics! Need to re learn how to make and serve a proper burger! Change what you are doing or start closing stores. This store sucks!!
