We went Feb 22, 2025. We chose to do the online wait list for a table for 6pm. We got a table about 615. Understandable on a Saturday night. We got squeezed literally into the smallest booth available not allowing my partner nor myself the ability to breathe well being bigger people. Our server took out drink order, but another server delivered our drinks, both non alcoholic. Our server took our order. We ordered entrees and an appetizer. Received no plates for the appetizer yet the table across from us did for theirs. Our server basically said a few words as walking by not even taking a moment yet seemed to give more time to speak to other tables about the status of their food. Two entree brought out by the manager, barely saw our server till we got our check. Honestly felt invisible. More than likely would not go back .

Great service and decent food, the restaurant appears to be a bit dated and could be remodeled. The seats in our booth had a large amount of patches from being either cut or worn out. Besides that it's a decent place. The blooming onion maker was also out of service.

We just got a to go order. They put the butter and sour cream in one 2 oz container and they did the same with the cheese chives and bacon all share 1 small container. They could do better.

We arrived and were seated within 15 mins. Our server was excellent. I can't remember her name but she didn't miss a beat. Food was cooked to perfection. We all got different steaks and all were cooked to our liking
Parking: The side parking lot is not lit well
Kid-friendliness: Big tables and seating seems to be spred further then other dining spots
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty room for a wheelchair to come tbrough

Went in tonight for a 30 minute wait. When we were seated, we were told they were out of silverware, and we had two sets for our party of 3. Also their fryers were down, so no blooming onion or any fried foods. Restaurant was a mess inside. It looked like a kids birthday party, tables weren't cleared and trash everywhere.

Staff was great! Getting really burnt out on shrinkflation. Had a taste for a really good burger. Figured a steak house would nail it. Hard to believe Outback would put out a tiny little patty like that for $17. Guess I better just stick to making it at home.

Painfully slow and stuck here on my birthday. Over 40 mins just to get a Bloomin Onion appetizer. They were then somehow out of medium rare prime rib. Apparently it’s all precooked and stays sitting and warming all day. Didn’t know that, but that’s fine if it comes out correct.
Was offered a medium cooked slice to try, which was brought out by a different, extremely grumpy waitress (not ours). I figured I would give it a shot and it came out not even room temperature. I cancelled my order and did not reorder, because Lord only knows how long that would take based on how long everything else was taking. I didn’t trust them to “rush” anything at this point.
My only positive thing to say is that our actual, original waitress was extremely nice, though overall rather inattentive.
