First time at panera, got a flatbread. It was honestly pretty good, food was warm, just not something I would regularly get. Didn't get the lemonade, so no risk of dying.

The group of young ladies standing and conversing had to be reminded that I was waiting for my order to be taken, even though they were only a few feet from the register and we were the only people at the counter. Not one clean table was available, which seemed annoying bc there was plenty of time to stand around and not initiate customer service. I asked if someone could please clean a booth for us, the young lady said yes but no one did (the entire time we were there). We cleaned our own table with a few napkins :|Gnats galore at the beverage bar.My soup was hot, though.

My main review is on the cleanliness or shall I say dirtiness of the restaurant for the last 2 months! It's been filthy dirty. I brought it to the attention of the new manager. Obviously it's not important. Kind of makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like? I decided not to stay and eat after I went to wash my hands. I used to own cleaning business and this is filthiness. It is something that has been undone for months. Whoever cleans just goes around the center.

So gross. Won't go back. Ordered soup and sandwich.Grilled cheese. They didn't grill it. Didn't put butter on it. Soup was nasty. Tomato. Dont know how u can get both messed up. Never again.

I love Panera because it’s so consistent and comfortable. That said, this one was surprisingly “dingy”. Things were kind of dirty, the drink station was flooded, and bathroom was a bit gross.Food was fine and service was great. Just lacked the usual Panera polish
