Best Pizza Hut in the city. Much much better than the terrible Sylvania Ave location, I avoid that one at all cost. I had a credit there for a botched order and let it expire because I didn't want to return it was so bad. Plus there customer service was horrible they treated me like I was a scum scammer. But this place out Reynolds was great.

Ordered a pasta, and the veggies were like literally 3 tomatoes and 3 pieces of bell pepper ! Sparse is a vast understatement. It was horrible tbh. Won't order at this location ever again. Pizza was burnt horrible experience. Barely any cheese. Not a great experience at all.

Please be very cautious when ordering , my co worker had hair in her food and was told they would refund her 8 bucks back . I gave her the 8 bucks because we order as a group. I never received the refund .I should have took a picture of the food but wasn’t thinking . What ever happened to hair nets.

Well, I don’t leave many reviews and I realize that bad reviews get left more than good ones, but I need to sound off. One doesn’t order Pizza Hut because they want the best in town. They order it because it’s usually safe and you know what you’re getting when you order it. That said, this was the worst pizza I’ve gotten from Pizza Hut in a very long time. They were very sparse with the pepperoni. There hardly any cheese or sauce. The crust was very chewy. It was almost like tearing off a chunk of beef jerky. The store was pretty dirty especially for being pretty new to the neighborhood. The staff was friendly enough, but not overly welcoming. I don’t get PH often, but the next time I do, I will probably drive to Holland to get it.

Ordered while out of town. The food was terrible. $89 dollars worth of food and over half of it was thrown away. No sauce. Greasy. Smashed food. Sent in a survey with a request to be contacted. That didn’t happen.
I'm so disappointed just wanted to enjoy a pizza and they delivered me a pizza and expect my family to eat a pizza that looks like someone had already eaten from. The slices don't fit this pizza. They will never have to worry about me again ordering

I had a very disturbing experience at Pizza Hut. I came in to pickup an order and wanted to pay with my gift card, however the machine stated that it couldn't read it. After several attempts from myself and the lady at the register, another employee (man with a beard) stated that he was not going to accept it. He mentioned something about Pizza Hut not accepting this gift card anymore, which I explained to him that it didn't make sense because I had just used this card about 1 week ago. This was a gift card that had been given to me for Christmas. At this point he became very argumentative and said that it didn't matter, that he was not going to accept it. I stated how I felt that it was unfair that I was being punished, and the store's problem was being pawned off onto the customer. This man became more argumentative, and offered no solution. On my way out the door this man yelled at me not to come back to the store. I have never felt so awful as a customer.

Took over an hour to get delivery from here being .5 miles from the store. Called after 45 minutes and they said it's on its way. Another 20minutes and still not here. Hangry is sitting in. Very unprofessional. Especially if they were that short staffed to not say hey it would be quicker to get it by pick up

If you have to send deliveries DoorDash then just shut your deliveries off. They always forget my 2-liter then I’m stuck with a credit I probably won’t use. Now I’m out $6 because people don’t know how to read the tickets correctly.
