Horrible experience, called and ordered food at 1130am, was told a hour for delivery and then they called back in a hour to say it was the wrong location, so they sent our order over to a different location without asking or giving information, waited another 1 1/2 and still no pizza. Called to complain, and every manager was rude and no helpful at all. I was told multiple times that they were busy (as if that was my issue). Was constantly told I couldn't get a refund or any accommodation until we speak to the general manager (which would've been two days later). HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! PROFESSIONALISM IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW AND NO REMORSE FOR THEIR MISTAKES!! Its 2pm and we still have yet to receive the food. Ijs

I just ordered from them for the first time. I live in Whitehouse and had seen their ads on FB. Ordered small taco pizza... average. Ordered boneless wings... awful. Overcooked, dry, and did not come with a side of ranch as advertised. Will most likely not order from them again. Almost $30 for a below average meal.

I got stood up by a food truck for my fiancé's 50th birthday party and Pizzaroma came through in the clutch! In less than 2 hours they delivered 21 specialty pizzas and 100 wings to my house! Pizza wasn't necessarily what I wanted for the party, but everyone raved about how good it was. Pickle pizza for the win! The manager was extremely helpful and so was the rest of the staff.

I have ordered here twice now, both times food wasn't ready at specified pickup time. I'm talking 30 minutes after said time. Staff unapologetic about delays. Left me waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes after my food was made because they forgot about me. I won't be back.

Was right down the road from our hotel and decided to give this place a roll. The flavor is really really good. Ordered online and went to pick it up and it was ready within 15. Would recommend 😌 after a long drive i really appreciate the good food

The manager was so rude and the crew member was also very rude. I ordered a sub without veggies and I received veggies. I'm allergic. The manager said it's my fault they made the order wrong. I am a general manager of a restaurant and this is not okay. No apologies just rude staff who blamed me. I want to speak with the general manager or owner if this business. I could have gotten really sick. Absolutely terrible

Pizza is delicious! Try the specialties. Great sauce, fresh ingredients, and the wings are full of flavor and large!
Do not place the order through their website it is not done directly through Pizza Roma and you can't edit or change it or cancel it. I placed an order and they delayed the delivery time by 30 minutes so I had to cancel it. I called them directly and they couldn't do it so I had to call another 1-800 number be put on hold explain why I needed to cancel my order it was ridiculous.

The establishment failed to include my garlic butter in my order. The order was delivered by door dash. Neither Door Dash nor Pizza Aroma wpuld deliver the rest of my order

Was suppose to a turkey / bacon 6 in sub, it was more 4 inches ham instead of turkey and very little of that, and price was 8 of which they charged extra for using a card. This use to be a quality place not sure where they fell off.

Ordered BBQ wings recently, and this is what I received. Overcooked and no sauce. When I inquired, they were apparently looking into it and would get back with me. No response after that. Complete waste of my time and money. Ill just make them myself next time. It's sad to see this at a local family ran establishment. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere and recommend others do the same. Horrible food and service.
