I waited on hold for 7 minutes to order a pizza only to get there and find that they're not really that busy but just really unproductive. The manager maybe was there throwing the pizza crust and was giving you stare Downs. They didn't even cut my pizza. Usually pretty good but they need to step up and be more productive more social with the customer it was like they were all robots just looking up into the air.

Pizza is great. The young kid at the counter with glasses has a great personality and is the reason I switched from a faithful Marcos customer to PizzaRoma. Such great food and an amazing staff! Wonderful customer servive

Pizza is great. However customer service horrible. Young very feminine boy with glasses that works there so obnoxious and rude for no reason! Won’t go back no matter how good the food bc of how rude and entitled he was! Such a disappointment they allow such rude employees to treat paying customers

Love love love supporting small and family owned businesses! Ordered lunch and the service was fantastic they were so friendly and helpful! The food was hot and fresh when I arrived! The best pizza I’ve ever had!! The ultimate bread is also a M U S T!! Make sure to order extra ranch (it’s homemade sooo good!)

Top notch quality goes into everything they serve. Everytime I go there the service is amazing. My personal favorite is the chicken club, ultimate cheese bread, and the ranch sauce is the best thing to dip anything in. Hands down the best pizza in town.

My favorite pizza place! The best tasting pizza! Their pickle pizza is amazing! I get pickle pizzas everywhere that has them and none of them are ever as good as PizzAroma’s. Last night my husband (who worked in a pizza shop for many years) picked up our order and came back and talked about how organized they are and how great the service is. 5 stars!!!
Had horrible service twice when ordering from the location in Maumee.When I placed it as a delivery and gave them my card information to pay for it. I was put on hold multiple times so I’m sure that’s where the confusion came in. We waited for an hour and the pizza hadn’t arrived. So I had to call them to see when the pizza was going to arrive? They they said they marked it as a takeout. So then I cited to drive all the way there to pick the pizza up and I asked if the pizza was in a hotbox? The manager said yes and when I arrived, the pizza was sitting on top of some equipment, not in a hot box, and the pizza was cold.Not pleased with customer service, or the manager, who I dealt with.

I come to Maumee for work. Living in Buffalo NY, I am a pizza connoisseur. PizzAroma satisfied my picky pizza palette. Ordered a medium, pepperoni and onions with extra cheese. Sauce had a touch of sweetness that I like. Plenty of pepperoni and onions. The dough was just right as well and cooked just right. Also ordered a steak and cheese sub that was very good. Quality shaved steak. I will be ordering again when I'm back in town. Delivery was quick and the delivery person was polite.
