My wife and I just moved back to our hometown and came across this pleasant little Cookie/Pretzel Bakery and decided to give it a go. The initial order was 1 birthday cake cookie for my wife, I had the M&M cookie, and a large lemonade. We paid and left as we also wanted a pretzel but was told it was going to be 10 min or so. We got to our vehicle and prepared to eat our treat when my wife realized she didn’t have a cookie in the bag. So naturally, she went inside to get it and was told the person taking our order forgot to charge us. So we paid again, and my wife ate her cookie. Shortly there after the pretzels where ready. I order two pretzels, both no butter but salt was okay. I received one as ordered and one completely void of any salt. How is it that we order twice and. It’s times the order isn’t made correctly? Not a very good first impression. Do better.

Not the best service, tried to get cookies but the guy was kinda rude. So instead we got the mozzarella cheese pretzel bites only to find a hair.. very disappointed
Always an excellent experience. The workers here are always kind, caring, and smiling, and the food is always great! Definitely a must if you’re ever at Fallen Timbers.
