Red Lobster

We ate at the Maumee, OH Red Lobster on 2 occasions in August. The staff especially Danielle, the General Manager and Dawn our server on both occasions were gracious, hospitable and accommodating. The food choices and our selections were outstanding. We can’t wait to visit again soon. We wish Red Lobster success in its rebranding. Again, a BIG shout out to Dawn and Danielle.

Dont bother doing takeout. They marked off the items on my receipts but never even put my lobster mash potatoes or broccoli in the bag. The refund me only 10 dollars. Keep in mind The platter without the premium side is 28 but I still end up paying 24.50. Basically they gave me back $3.50 for my missing sides. Still paying full price for their screw up. Beware, They will rip you off. Follow up. Redlobster reached out to me to rectify the situation. Said they would give me another credit but never did after 2 weeks.

Server Tracy was wonderful, she was always there asking if we needed anything and kept our drinks refilled. The food was fantastic.

The whole staff is amazing. We had the pleasure of having Justin as our waiter. He gave great suggestions and his service was top tier. Everything was good but the lobster flatbread was 😋 delicious. My only suggestion is ask for more sauce if you find yours lacking cause I did and I'm glad I did 🍝
