Red Lobster

Our reservation was at 8pm. We arrived and they told us they were behind so we didn't get seated until 8:35pm. We didn't actually get our food until after 10pm. This is a huge inconvenience when you have plans after dinner.

It was a to-go order. They called while at the waiting area and said they were out of clam strips. Got home with the order and they were no toppings for the baked potato

I placed an order to Red lobster in Maumee Ohio on Xmas day. It was very busy & no the order didn't arrive at the expected time but I was ok with this because I understand they was busy & it was the holiday. The food arrived to my suite & EVERYTHING was on point. They made sure I had the butter, sauces,etc. The food was tasty (I'm very picky) 😁My husband steak was cooked as expected & so was my salmon.. Nothing was burnt or too dry!! Maumee ohio Red lobster is the BEST!! I'll recommend anyone to try this location. Be prepared if there's a wait but do expect a well deserved meal on point!! They were very ill prepared to be open on Christmas and shouldn't take reservations if it is going to take 2 hours to serve the food.

Nice surprise here! Great place to come for Christmas dinner. Care and quality were delivered and enjoyable time

Awesome courteous and prompt service from Andi. She seems to like her job and has a great personality that made our dinner out enjoyable. We will return to this restaurant

Stacey was our server for a group of 15 older ladies celebrating Christmas. Lots of distractions but Stacey kept up with all of the requests. And she had a smile on her face the entire time. Even at the end, she kept all of the bills organized enough everyone got the correct bill. Red Lobster will see us again next year, I’m sure! Please let her know how much we appreciated her care and service! It means a lot.

I really enjoyed my meal everything was so delicious! Most of all I had the sweetest waitress Mrs. Dawn I love her spirit she made my day!! If you ever visit make sure she’s your waitress you’ll be very happy!
