Things have gone downhill. Not likely to return. Increase in price and decrease in product. The quality was not great. The food was overly salty. Very disappointed.

We went to this Red Robin a couple nights ago and our server, Kate, was the BEST! She was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the menu/deals that were being offered. She was so helpful and made the experience delightful. We will be returning to this location, even though it is a farther drive compared to other locations.

Red Robin is a timeless classic American chain burger experience. All around perfect experience at this location, service was lightning speed for a large group and the food was hot and good.

The only thing that I would say is that they text you your table is ready then have you stand there among all the other people waiting forever to be seated. That was frustrating. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Worst service I've received anywhere honestly. Sat by the door when it's 10 degrees outside so anytime the door opened we were hit with freezing cold air, and despite being sat right next to the host stand, we still had to wait an insane amount of time to put a drink order in. So much so we ordered our food when she took our drink order. Sat with 2 completely empty drinks for over 20 minutes and left without ever getting a single refill. Food was decent.

Ordered a burger marked as "triple spicy". There was absolutely no spice. One of the worst burgers I've ever had.

My burger was under cooked. My fries were done, but just barely, they were soggy and greasy and served at room temp. My girlfriend’s burger was cooked properly, but she said it also came to her and was at room temp heat and she said her fries were cold. Our server, Chantel, was nice, but seemed too busy to give her best service. She did give us an $8 discount for the issues we had, but I only had 2 bites of my sandwich and my girlfriend didn’t eat any of her fries, so paying $50 for the meal after tip definitely doesn’t feel fare. Possibly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever.
