These days if you get 2 out 3 items that are satisfactory you are doing good. I won't complain if fries are not hot but when you get cola that is flat and send it back then get another flat cola it's a sign someone is failing. Gourmet is no longer applicable
So if you like a step up from fast food and enjoy a nice setting and good choices it's not a terrible choice. I rate chili s pretty good red robin is casual and is probably not a place I'd frequent.

One of our appetizers was cold had to send it back. Then chili was cold sent back and cold a second time. Asked for spoon and came as if it was never washed, looked it just came out of someone else’s bowl. Husband ordered bone in wings and got boneless. Awful experience. Whole meal should have been comped ! It will be awhile before we give it another try!!!!!

I ordered online for the first time order fried pickles got a plate of fried jalapenos then called about the screw up that took six minutes to get someone to tell to come back then get back up there to and wait ten minutes to get told the GM will give me a refund and call me so got like twenty mins of wasted time to still have a cold meal that cost me fifteen bucks. I will not be going back.

We got there near when it opened, and the food was good, but for a mostly empty restaurant, refills on fries and drinks were lacking.

My burger was way too greasy. Steak fries were way too salty. Add to continually remind are server to bring us napkins, silverware and other stuff. This is becoming a trend at any place you go to anymore.

I ordered the fish and chips, fish was a little soggy with grease, but I will say it was ok.
My husband asked the server how the ribs are. She told us they were ok. My husband thought they were a little better than ok.
Our friends both had burgers and loved them. She is GF and they have GF buns!
