Came to pick up an order and the lady didn’t say a word. No “hello,” no “how you doing,” nothing. She just stared at me with a nasty attitude all over her face like I’m supposed to read her mind. Her whole demeanor was rude and disrespectful from the moment I walked in.
Baby girl, if you’re going to work in customer service or deal with the public, at least act like you want to be there. Your attitude, your face, and your energy say it all — and none of it is professional. Get yourself together because this ain’t it.

If I could give their review a minus 10, I would! Ordered food for delivery in San Leon TX. Daughter/sister just went into hospice care at home. Wanted food delivered to them. Photo is what I ordered, however they say just soup & salad was ordered. My bill was $200 and they received soup salad cookies and a gallon of tea. WHERE are the sandwiches and chips? When we called management, her response was “as a senior citizen, you should check the order”….WTH??? OFFENSIVE!!! YOU don’t know me! I SUGGEST YOU DONT ORDER FROM THEM IN CASE YOU ARE BLACK, HISPANIC, ASIAN, or anyone because clearly there is an ounce of racism here. This was Schlotzskys in Texas, not the Maumee location. So so disappointing.

Fourth time here this year. They used to have a location in Michigan. They still do, just not one that's close. Anyway, stopped by and grabbed something to eat and they did not disappoint.

My husband is a huge fan of Schlotzsky’s sandwiches, so for his birthday weekend, we made the drive from Detroit to Ohio just to enjoy one. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Iran (I hope I’m spelling that right), and the service from start to finish was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and offered helpful suggestions with such a positive attitude. He made sure our order was just right and treated us with genuine care and appreciation. His service truly made our hour-and-a-half trip worth it! And, of course, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable experience!
