We arrived at the Drive Thru speaker and had to say “Hello” after a full minute before a female employee acknowledged us. We ended up purchasing two large sandwiches and two fries. While ordering I had to repeat myself multiple times and even after that was asked the same question (size, sandwich type, topping preferences). My husband ordered a Barnyard BBQ sandwich -NO TOMATO and NO MAYO-clearly specified ONLY LETTUCE AND JALAPEÑOS with the BBQ that comes on the chicken (repeatedly told to cashier as mentioned above). When we returned home his $14 sandwich had extra of the things he DIDNT want (tomato mayo) and could not eat it. Please consider moving this employee out of the drive thru so she can clearly communicate with customers. I am looking for compensation of the sandwich my husband could not eat. Thank you.

Will absolutely NEVER go here to eat again after my experience there earlier tonight. Not only was the drive thru girl rude and had zero manners but I asked for one of our subs without onion. Guess what...had onions on it so had to go back through the drive thru because they had the lobby shut down. 16 minutes later I asked for another sub without onions. I pull away after another long wait and my sub had onions on it again. I had to be somewhere at 8pm so I could not wait again on another sandwich. I asked for the manager and a refund. I was told no refund available and to call the store tomorrow. It's ran by kids that do not care, zero customer service, and lazy as can be. My family loved to visit the mall location when I was a child, this location is simply put shameful and despicable to say the very least. The worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had and we will never go there again.

Went thru the drive thru. No one else in line. Waited 15 minutes at the window for our food. Hardly any meat in the sandwich. Not sure good as they used to be years ago. Won't go back.

Ordered their Barnyard BBQ fries, the chicken didn't taste fresh, the fries were super oily and the bacon was burned black. Had 4-5 bites, couldn't finish the rest. Had horrible stomach cramping and embarrassing bathroom visits all the next day. Stay away.
Saw this place on Google maps and thought I would give it a try. The sandwiches were tasty but the bread was very thick compared to the meat. If it wasn't for the rest of the toppings it would have been a little skimpy. As for the atmosphere it's pretty average for a sandwich shop. The service was ok but seemed impatient with me not being familiar with the Menus. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but nothing there to bring me back. 🤔

This place is the definition of shrinkflation. Prices went up. Yet the amount of meat they put in their subs is LAUGHABLE. Your sandwich becomes allllll chewy bread with no substance. My jaw literally hurt from eating this. Not to mention I ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak & got a sub with no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, no banana pepper, as I ordered.
But more than getting my order wrong, the lack of protein on these makes it 100% not worth your money. And it’s not the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Save yourself the disappointment.
