As someone who works in food service this place is an absolute disaster. You can't verbally customize your items. The only way to use a touch screen. Service members were awful, unwilling to help. A qr code for drinks??? Are you actually serious right now. Awful place. It's went down hill.

Came in here today for the first time..Lisa and Marissa made some of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten..you want it done right make sure these two ladies are working..you leave hungry it's your own fault...delicious meal ladies and thank you again

I made an online order through seamless.It showed that the store was not due to close until 8 PM.So I ordered all my food two hours before close, and paid $80 for it. When I pulled up to pick up my food.I noticed of the lights route in the store so I figured well maybe they were just doing drive through. That was not the case what happened is. I found a worker walking out.Most likely, a manager who was very rude and abrupt and told me that they closed at 6 PM and there was nothing she could do to help me.I continued to walk off. Now I am out of dinner.Monday is a holiday and I have to wait 3-5 business days for the money that I spent at their establishment to get refunded to my card.This whole problem could have been diverted if, an actual manager who was competent, turned the tablet off an hour before close so that customers weren't making orders instead, they choose to be rude and not helpful. If this is how they choose to treat their customers, then I can guarantee you.The food is just as equal in value.Do not shop here, demand that they get new management.This should not have ever been an issue.No one should have to spend harder money just to be turned away by a rude manager or employee.
