I come here quite often and haven't really had good experiences. Today Chad changed that. He was very personable, funny and sweet. Definitely made my day. (I'm the girl with Shaggy for a child, so he knows it was me who left this.) He was truly wonderful. It's the little conversations sometimes and he nailed it. ?
