I made an online order, 2 sandwiches, a few days ago. They werent toasted, cheese was wrong, toppings were wrong.. on both. I call to let them know but they want me to bring them back but i cant im on lunch break and no time to go back for their mistake.

So im hungry and eat the one and save the other for dinner where i can take it home and fix it. I was told i could get my sandwich replaced for free, even though they messed up both of them. Today i go in for my free sub replacement. I tell them who i am, they pull the receipt and tell me i only get one replaced because i ate them.. i dont know about you guys but growing up we didnt get to turn down food just because it wasnt special to our wants. So yes i ate the food i paid for.. any ways they tell me i only get one and proceed to make the exact sandwich from before with out a word about what i might want..

Fun story.. again they “toasted” in but the cheese didnt melt, the bread is still soft, zero toasted affect, toppings are missing and all in all, the sandwich servers had an awful attitude with me as if its my fault they got the first order wrong.

Needless to say, but will still be said, they need a lot more training there. Maybe new employees even.

Still mad im shorted a sandwich and my replacement is still wrong. Shame on you ppl for giving me bad attitude for your mistakes. I didnt want the wrong food the first time or this time but i got it anyways.

If you dont like your job. Quit.

—3/6/25 update-

Been back 3 times since, each time i asked for toasted i got mildly warm. Explained i wanted the bread browned and crispy. They said they couldnt do that. I go back today, now the toaster is down, supposedly, and they claim they cant toast the bread.. so i ask, how did you get your bread today?.. they say they made it in house.. so i asked, with an oven?.. they say yes.. so i asked, so why cant you toast the bread?… they say, the oven only cooks the bread, it cant toast it… sigh.. is this how lazy the worlds come to?..

My daughter and I ordered subs on line last night for dinner. They were ready when she picked them up.
They were the worst subs We had ever had. Hardly any meat on them and way too much vegetables. Also mine was swimming in mayo and there were so many onions on it I had to take over 1/2 of them off. Will never go back to Dussel again

Received a DoorDash order from this location this afternoon. This is the second time that we have ordered and the sandwiches were gooped in condiments all over the top, running over the sides of the sandwiches. An absolute mess!

Walked in to get a sub and two employees looked and one said gonna be a while. Not I’ll be right with you. Then continue to fill online orders. When a new Mobil order came up the second person came out and started this. I get mobile apps are there but then close down ability to order in person. When I left I just turned and they said have a great day not sorry we were backed up. Very strange service. Usually good service here but no acknowledgement. Bad vibe for a restaurant.

Love this specific location!!!! They ALWAYS perfect my order! The 2 young ladies who are generally working when I order ACTUALLY read the notes on my online order and follow them! Even my husband raves about this location and these 2 wonderful ladies, and he NEVER compliments ANYONE!!!

The young brown hair girl was extremely rude and snippy when I told her politely my order was wrong from ordering online considering it was for work tomorrow and I asked the the condiments on side which was not done. When I came back in to tell her she ripped her gloves off and goes I’m not doing it that’s not what your note said you clearly put it in wrong

Did curbside pickup order and waited for 15 minutes before going in to ask if they did curbside at this location because no one brought the order out yet.App had me select the color of my car for visibility at pickup. My car is green (color is named moss by the manufacturer).Worker immediately explained that she didn't see my car. I pointed it out through the window at the sidewalk and she started to argue with me about the color of my car because she says it wasn't green enough and said I should pick a different color next time.I wasn't upset until she told me my car wasn't green and that I should pick a different color next time.So yeah, probably won't be wasting my time here anymore.

Stopped here for a break. It is understaffed. They had a sign in the restroom saying ‘out of order, sorry for the inconvenience’ even though everything was working. Workers were rude.
