Also very informative on the nutritional side of things when it came to how many grams of protein and nutrients I would be receiving. Definitely recommend this place for everybody and would definitely go here again

Out of all the healthy shake places in the area this one’s definitely my favorite. The customer service is amazing Mariah awesome. I drive from Sylvania area to come here! They all have great customer service and care about their customers and have great product! Delicious shakes! Favorite is Cookie Monster

Got a coffee flavored protein shake. Very good flavor. Was my first time in and the gentleman working was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to take an otherwise overwhelming menu and simplify it for me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a healthier alternative to drive-thru breakfast.

The shakes are very good but be advised they are not keto friendly. The shake I ordered was supposed to be between 13 and 17 carbs however it immediately pushed me out of Ketosis. I hadn't eaten anything that day and I test three times a day so it had to be the shake. I rated five stars because the service was very friendly and welcoming.
This is by far the best place to get a healthy smoothie, the atmosphere is genuinely amazing! Rob is so personable, very positive, knowledgeable about all the products and nutrition. He is great! ❤️
