Ordered 3 hot drinks. 2 out of 3 were correct. Took 15 minutes to get order. Had to tell 3 different workers what I was waiting for. A quick trip to a Canada Tim Hortons might help with how to operate a Tim Hortons.

The nicest server went out of her way to wait on us. She was so sweet when we had to wait for our bagel. She said goodbye to us and wished us safe travels as we left. Customer service just doesn’t exist like this anymore!

Charged me 8$ for a coffee I get at the glendale location for 6$. Then there is coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. Overall that was terrible interaction and I'm highly disappointed. Never again.

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I couldn't let this one pass. We ordered 4 drinks and they got one correct. The woman at the drive thru was extremely confused. We went in afterward to have the drinks remade and they still didn't seem to know what they were doing. They were also very unfriendly. Head elsewhere for your coffee.
I am quite pleased and that is the reason I keep coming back. I just wish they top less girls

Look a canadian visiting bumps into a timms yes if they do it right they should be on track as it is here at home coffee and donuts were awesome and coffee was Devine!yet again the smiles were free.

I placed an online order for a walk in pickup and when I got to the store they had the store door locked. I knocked on the door and windows to get the employees attention they acted like I didn’t exist for over 10 mins I’m waiting outside the store. Finally en employee opens the door saying we’re short handed therefore the dine in room is closed. They had no sign on the door indicating that. Very bad experience and horrible customer service. I will never order anything for that location anymore.
