This place needs to learn how to read the screen and get retrained I’m always getting wrong smoothies or made wrong or something I always order the same thing avocolada no turbinado it’s sweet enough without and cutting calories 60% of the time they still put it in and today 08/18 they made the wrong smoothie entirely then remade it with turbinado and gave the entirely wrong sandwich ordered the pesto and was given some chipotle / bbq bacon one fed up with getting my food wrong

They were very patient with me, I ordered so slow then my smoothie didn't taste the greatest the first time so I went back in and they replaced it with a different one.

I have been here several times and always had a great experience, but yesterday I went and ordered a yogurt bowl, which I have had before, and the yogurt tasted very sour and salty. the yogurt was also not cold, which is how I am used to getting them, and I was worried that the yogurt was bad. I told the workers and they were happy to make another one for me, but that one was also not cold, and tasted sour. I am not sure if the bowls are supposed to taste like this and I am just being dramatic, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else if the yogurt is bad.
the yogurt definitely was not supposed to taste like this, I have had it before and it tasted normal. this yogurt was a weird texture and very sour, tasted like sour cream. each of my friends tried it and said it was not good. I am fine with paying your prices for food, but when I am unable to eat what I payed for, it’s disappointing.

This morning on 6/26/24 I walked into Tropical no other customers in. All I seen was one employee the young man and two other females you can hear talking but don’t see them. I order two smoothies and a southwest wrap. The young guy fixed the smoothies with no problem. I asked him who was fixing my wrap and he said somebody suppose to be. He then goes and get the short girl and she tells him he can fix it because he is on the clock (the young man was already working on online orders). The girl comes from out of wherever she was and started making my wrap with gloves already on. I then asked if she changed her gloves, she stated she did but in the process of her saying yes she is throwing the wrap away. I then asked for my money back and left. I always order from this location but will no longer do to her not using the correct hand hygiene and safety for the public health. And I will be calling the health department.
I order from here often online through doordash I've never been asked for a confirmation number however today when I arrive to pick up my smoothie there was a guy in front of me who had to pick up order as well the cashier gave him his order with no problem. But when I asked for my order the cashier stated "do you have a confirmation number I have to ask because people try try things" I found that very rude and disrespectful! I did speak with the manager on duty she was very nice and understood. This created a negative customer experience and I do not want this to happen again

Their smoothies are consistently amazing! My favorite is the Bahma Mama and add blueberry. If you don't like blueberries I still recommend the Bahma Mama it tastes like strawberry starburst.

Food is good but staff is overwhelmed between online and walkin orders. Hire some help.
Update since business replied that their staffing is full. Either your process to fulfill orders is flawed (equipment, training,prep, etc) or you don't understand a staffing model. Take the feedback as my opinion which is the point of leaving reviews so you can continually improve your business model especially when I gave a positive review. You lost a star for a lame response with poor business acumen facts instead of taking the helpful feedback.
