Update since my review 2 weeks ago: Service and availability has drastically improved! Still room for growth but I see their efforts and commend them for quick changes.
This place is a true joke! I have literally called and verified hours of operations both on the phone and online. Both say they are open until midnight but I have gone right at 930-11pm multiple times and they were completely shut down and provided zero services! And other reviews are true as well. You can be the only person in line at any given time of the day and they make you wait several minutes to order then they direct you to leave the line (so you dont alter their timers). Do better Wendys! Provide staff changes or corrections! This location could definitely boost their profits if they had better customer service.

Ordered a biggie back through doordash and received the completely wrong drink. I ordered a lemonade and received a pepsi, which i am allergic to.

The slowest drive thru I’ve been to as of lately, you could be the ONLY person here and they’ll still have you pull up and then if there’s others best believe you’re going to get parked!
Then on top of the small lot there on things get thing quick, but it wouldn’t be a problem if the food was always fresh but the last time I got pulled while they just dropped the chicken in the fryer instead of tell me at speaker and the fries were stale.

I hope no one ever goes to this Wendy’s!!!! The General Manager “Megan Blair” was very unprofessional, rude, mean, and arrogant! Went through the drive thru and had to pull up to wait 15mins on my order, just for the order to be completely wrong! So I go inside and calmly explained how the order was wrong, she is standing there with a stank look on her face saying she’s not remaking it.! So I told her I would like my money back! She said you need to wait.. She goes to the back. The guy at the register would not give me her name and I said really! you don’t know her name?? what am I waiting for?? After 5mins she comes back to the front and I told her that this is ridiculous and to give me my money back! The whole crew laugh! She then hands me my money and said “Now get out of my store!” I walked out pissed 😡 and there was an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette, I asked her what is the General Managers name and luckily she told me. What happened to customer service? What happened to making it right? Megan Blair does not need this position and she is a bad example for the crew, managers, and Wendy’s.!

I pulled in the drive through and get told that they will be with me shortly. 15 minutes go by, no one comes back so I leave. While leaving to go to another place I look in the window and see people on their phones and drinking a drink. Would not recommend!

had a pretty bad day and came to this wendy’s 20 mins before close. they were so so nice and as fast as they could be while trying to close and the food is BANGIN 👏🏽 shout-out to the dude who made my baconator fries, you’re the goat
