I hope no one ever goes to this Wendy’s!!!! The General Manager “Megan Blair” was very unprofessional, rude, mean, and arrogant! Went through the drive thru and had to pull up to wait 15mins on my order, just for the order to be completely wrong! So I go inside and calmly explained how the order was wrong, she is standing there with a stank look on her face saying she’s not remaking it.! So I told her I would like my money back! She said you need to wait.. She goes to the back. The guy at the register would not give me her name and I said really! you don’t know her name?? what am I waiting for?? After 5mins she comes back to the front and I told her that this is ridiculous and to give me my money back! The whole crew laugh! She then hands me my money and said “Now get out of my store!” I walked out pissed 😡 and there was an employee standing outside smoking a cigarette, I asked her what is the General Managers name and luckily she told me. What happened to customer service? What happened to making it right? Megan Blair does not need this position and she is a bad example for the crew, managers, and Wendy’s.!

I pulled in the drive through and get told that they will be with me shortly. 15 minutes go by, no one comes back so I leave. While leaving to go to another place I look in the window and see people on their phones and drinking a drink. Would not recommend!

had a pretty bad day and came to this wendy’s 20 mins before close. they were so so nice and as fast as they could be while trying to close and the food is BANGIN 👏🏽 shout-out to the dude who made my baconator fries, you’re the goat
You wait in an empty line and no one comes over the speaker to take your order It’s happened now 3 times to me & my husband.

My last few visits saw me receiving an old baked potato that was inedible, a baconator with more mayo on it than meat and cheese, and waiting to be greeted at the order speaker for over five minutes to the point I eventually had to go inside to place an order. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave as I type this. This is why I will not visit anymore, all locations have these problems.

Just pulled in, no cars in front of me, the lady said I will be shortly with you… 5 minutes pass, nothing…. We decided to go to McDonals… passing by the cashier, you can see the whole crew chatting like nothing it’s going on…. Terrible service!!!!
