Changing the fries from hand cut to frozen was not a good move; they taste awful. Taste like cardboard fries. Quality of takeout orders is hit or miss with this location.

My order was wrong my food was cold was told I couldn’t get a refund or my food re made manager was nasty and rude I walked out left the food and out of $40 never returning to this location again or any at this point.

The service here is terrible. We have been cheated at least 5 times. Veggie sticks. 6 out of 40 wings were missing. Fries. Wings again. And now fries again. My friend told them we were missing two large fries. They were so confused. So again he told them 2 large fries and they somehow couldn't understand and they gave us 2 small fries. My friend gave up. Had I been there we WOULD HAVE GOTTEN WHAT WE PAID FOR. Especially after being cheated SO many times. We correct their mistake and they still can't fix it. They need to give us a few free meals at this point... Because by now we already paid for them. 🙄 WHAT A JOKE.

Came here for a quick bite, other than the cashier at the register who seemed pretty uninterested and having to wait a bit for the food to come up, everything was splendid. Food and atmosphere was good for wingstop standards and it filled my craving. Wouldn’t mind coming back.

Fantastic all around! Best Wingstop in the city. I should have taken pics but nothing lasted very long. Everything was tasty and didn't take very long even while being busy.

Whoever in the kitchen... Needs to be fired or restrained cause my kitchen had no sauce on them.... That's crazy work..
we stopped here on our way back home and the food was delicious! It was hot, fresh, and we were greeted quickly and efficiently. The environment was clean and the person who helped us, Amy, was a complete gem. Super sweet and friendly. She also gave me the perfect suggestion when i didnt know what i wanted. 10/10, highly recommend !

This place is absolutely the worst. They pack food like they would pack mules in a cardboard container that will break. The management and really the entire team here is absolutely rude. They treat people from DoorDash like if they were garbage. I was picking up my food and the manager made me sign as if I were a delivery driver all because he wouldn’t hear me out that I wasn’t a delivery driver. This is my third bad experience here. DO NOT COME HERE.

I had a serious craving for Wingstop’s Cajun-seasoned corn, so I made a special trip across town just to satisfy it. First red flag—I arrived 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time (on purpose), and the order still wasn’t ready. I stayed patient. When I got home, I realized some items were missing. The wings I did get weren’t fried hard like I requested, and the corn wasn’t even fully cooked.
It felt like the evening crew was more focused on goofing off than getting orders right. A lot of immature playing going on when the attention should be on the food and customer service—especially in the evening.
At this point, it’s not just about bad food—it’s about the lack of pride in the work. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
