I had a serious craving for Wingstop’s Cajun-seasoned corn, so I made a special trip across town just to satisfy it. First red flag—I arrived 20 minutes after my scheduled pickup time (on purpose), and the order still wasn’t ready. I stayed patient. When I got home, I realized some items were missing. The wings I did get weren’t fried hard like I requested, and the corn wasn’t even fully cooked.

It felt like the evening crew was more focused on goofing off than getting orders right. A lot of immature playing going on when the attention should be on the food and customer service—especially in the evening.

At this point, it’s not just about bad food—it’s about the lack of pride in the work. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

I accidentally placed a carryout order instead of delivery through the Wingstop website. I called the store twice to cancel it and was placed on hold both times—first for 10 minutes, then for 15 minutes. During the second call, after the 15-minute wait, the employee finally came back and laughed, saying he thought I would have hung up. While the order was eventually canceled and I was told a refund was on the way, the lack of communication, extremely long hold times, and unprofessional behavior were unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. I initially called hoping to cancel the order and place a new one for delivery, but the disgusting and disrespectful customer service led me to take my business elsewhere.

Updated 2 weeks later to add that I still have not received a refund.

Updated again - I’m STILL waiting on my refund. I’ve filled out THREE “contact us” forms, spent time digging through the internet trying to find a corporate number, and was told a district manager would reach out—which, surprise, never happened. At this point, Wingstop is making it feel impossible to get any actual help. The runaround is ridiculous.

Best Wingstop in Toledo! I love Andrew and all the other managers as well! I must admit I was skeptical, a lot of other wingstop employees kind of have an attitude so I kind of came in with one thinking the service was going to be bad but now I refuse to go to any other wingstop 🤷🏾‍♀️ all the managers are kind and respectful and I’m a regular now. I literally love it here

Management needs to hire someone to work the front counter. Was greeted with a friendly hello then told to go to the side pick up window, then nothing. Waited for ten minutes before I interrupted a line cook to ask for my order. It was sitting on the shelf the whole time.

First time at Wingstop. Food was great. I loved the sauce options they have. My son got the hot honey rub, I had the habenaro. The lady working at the counter provided world class customer service. A customer that came in after us has specific request for her order. She had no issue making sure she met each and every one of her needs. That is what good customer service is. We even got some free fries and brownies.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We ordered food for the Tyson fight. 3 hours later, the food was not ready. Womp-womp. We cancelled the order and left our information, because we were told the manager would refund us. 3 weeks later, the refund hadn’t been issued. We went to the location and were told by a worker to leave our information again. And again, no resolution or refund. We visited again and spoke with Andrew, the manager. He usually has his employees deal with difficult issues so that he doesn’t have to. Andrew told us he would write our information down in a notebook and that we could come in any time to get the same order. Now it’s 1.5 months later. We decide to go get the food. The manager tells us that their system is down and he can’t refund our order or give us the order —over a month later. Andrew then tells us that he isn’t going to “argue” with us because we simply wanted what we paid for and what we were promised. This is not just the worst Wing-Stop experience we’ve ever had, it’s the worst customer service experience we have ever had. And we are foodies. You should treat all of your customers with dignity and respect, regardless of who they are who who you think they are. The management is offense and, even, demeaning to customers. If you order for a major event, you may not get your order.the wait-time is pretty bad. It’s the second time this has happened at this particular location. I tried to order for SuperBowl one year and the same exact thing happpeneed. They accept orders that they aren’t capable of filling and then they insult the customers for wanting what they paid for. Never again. This is why they have 3 stars at this location. Very poorly managed and insulting to customers. It seems like management is more interested in creating problems than resolving them. Go at your own risk. I won’t be going back. I’m a foodie who suppprts restaurants all throughout the area, happily. And I will happily spend my money elsewhere. No thanks. . That’s my honest experience.

All I can tell you is to go at your own risk. The manager, Andrew, is horrible. He’s rude and acts like it’s the customer’s fault that orders get mismanaged and, sometimes, never completed. He doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing or care to actually manage the location at all. We ordered for a game night and NEVER got our food when we showed up 2 hours later!! Then we find out that he lied about his ability to comp our order by claiming that his “system was down.” He tells his staff to do his job and face customers who are seeking assistance because of his mismanagement of the location. I would definitely go to the one off Central Ave in Toledo, if you’re craving Wing-Stop. They are great! I’m just saying this because our decision to order from the Maumee location ended up taking nearly 2 months to resolve (and that was through corporate). Terrible management = a terrible experience for customers. You’ve been warned.

Always double check your bags before you leave any restaurant. Some of these employees; Specifically the employees at this location at 10:32pm on Monday night of December 23rd of the year 2024; do not care about their customer service.

This location always has the lowest wait times on the Wingstop app and I see why. This location has not gotten my order right the last two times I’ve been there, and each time I’ve only gotten two items.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they forgot to put my ranch in my bag. I ordered a side of fries with extra lemon pepper seasoning and I did not taste a lick of lemon pepper seasoning on those fries.

The only item they gave me an extra amount of were the pickles on my sandwich. They made sure to stack all of those pickles in one place, in the middle of my sandwich. This is the most diabolical sign of pure hatred that I have ever experienced from a restaurant chain. I will neither be returning nor recommending this restaurant.

General manager is very very rude at Maumee location I have been a loyal customer for years at this location and I pay cash or card and I always call my order in my order never change I get (2) 15 piece chicken only (2) brownies my order is $50.00 dollars ! The GM cut me off and told me anything over $40.00 I have to order on line in a nasty way ! I told him I have never ordered on line at all I place my orders over the phone he said that policy has always been in affect in a nasty way as well I asked to speak to someone over him he told me their was absolutely no one over him at all that I can talk to he was it . This is POOR customer service and he is very unprofessional and should not be in the DM position in fact no position at any location. He should be the custodian where he just clean bathrooms and mop by himself that way he won’t be so rude to the customers!!!!!! Please check into this situation and remove him . This happened Tuesday 12/17/2024 around 1pm thanks!!!
