I kid you not, they ran out of roast beef on a Monday afternoon. I went to get two regular roast beef sandwiches and they could not fill my order because they ran out and would not have any more for another hour, I was told. So I left without ordering anything else. The staff was apologetic, but what can I say?

TERRIBLE service in drive thru on a Thursday at 7:00 pm.
Waited 30 min. with only 2 cars ahead of us. Got to window, had to repeat order to employee, paid, got our 1 drink. Waited more, another employee asked AGAIN what we ordered. At that point, we gave back the drink, asked for our $ back. Assistant Manager came over, very rudely gave our $ back. We NEVER even heard any type of apology for our rotten experience. Shame on you Mayfield Hts. Arby's!!!!

Chicken and roast beef sliders were not tasty. Buns were soggy and meat tasteless. Cashier was not pleasant either.

Worst experience ever. Ordered large meal, got regular. Ordered 8 piece jalapeno bites. Got 4 piece which they forgot to put in the bag. Glad I didn’t drive away without checking. Get to window (only customer) employee, “did you order the fish sandwich? Nope, must have been another customer in an alternate universe. Don’t waste your time at this location. Absolute garbage!

DO NOT go to this location. No one wants to work, door is always locked now so you are forced to sit in long lines, and they are no longer all that friendly. One manager here used to make it easy for us to pick up cause he was always on top of all the orders, now that he's gone, you can't get food from here at any time of day. Employees sleeping, looking like they just crawled out of bed, texting instead of helping, or taking 10mins for an order that should've been done already.
Ran out of roast beef and now, during Lent, out of fish. How is this place still open?

Arby's prices are getting too high!, $23 for 2 sandwiches, 1 fry and a turnover was ridiculous! Next time I'll stay home! I will say the foods good but the price will drive customers away!

I went through the drive through so I won't rate low on the atmosphere I didn't witness. Ordered a 3 for 5, main item chicken ranch wrap lettuce was brown and entire tortilla was soggy and unenjoyable. First time at this Arby's, but not the first time I ordered this menu item.
