BIBIBOP Asian Grill

My wife and I placed an online order for dinner tonight. We live 15-20 minutes away from the mayfield Bibibop. I ordered two bowls and my wife ordered one.

Within my wife’s bowls, she was supposed to have black beans. She literally got 3-4 beans…

Within one of my bowls, I had ordered the crispy Korean chicken, with extra chicken (additional $5). I got a total of 5 chunks of chicken.

Almost a $50 order just to get ripped off. Thank you corporate America and owners who aren’t involved.

Food is kool when they have what I want !and the hours need to be updated on google because I pulled up at 855 and they were closed

the salmon was cold and over cooked. food was alright but not the best it could be. was not worth it

I don't understand how a place like this can only have two people working the entire restaurant during lunch rush. This is obviously going to lead to the employees rushing, making inconsistent bowls and getting orders wrong. I feel for the poor girl who was working the entire assembly line by herself with a line out the door on a recent Friday afternoon. Get some more employees in here so this place can run properly, and so you aren't working the ones who do show up into the ground.

I used to come here almost every day at one point but the more i started going the worst the quality got, and the customer service. Food is cold more times than not, portions got extremely small and the customer service isn’t what it used to be. The cleanliness and environment still remains really good but that’s all I can say. I moved onto the beachwood location where the quality is way better.

Arrived at exactly 9:10pm as the website said they closed at 9:30pm and as a regular customer who loves this place, I was disappointed when the young man working told me they were closed. I let him know the door and site said 9:30 and he insisted they close at 9p. Very unprofessional, rude and disappointing.

Chris made the most beautiful bowl and was so pleasant and kind! She thankfully gave us napkins a fork in the bag so we didn’t have to get it!

It’s my first time eating at this BIBIBOP location. DJ and Damien took very good care of me. I appreciate their customer service.

This was my first time coming to this location and I was pleasantly surprised. The place itself was very clean for the most. The staff were all younger people but thankfully were respectful, kind and happy to answer any questions my daughter and I had. One of the employees was actually one of the counselors at my daughter’s summer camp so it was great to see a familiar face. There is quite of bit to choose from which I first seemed like it would be tough to choose but the staff made suggestions and what I got was really good. Even my finicky one year old enjoyed the noodle base.

My eldest but still picky 6 year old got white rice corn, spicy chicken and yum yum sauce. She really enjoyed it.

The passion fruit lemonade was 10/10.

The only thing I’d recommend is sanitizing the high chair between uses. I had to clean the high chair off myself before I could sit my youngest in it.

Other than that I would highly recommend trying this location out. Tasty food and great atmosphere.

On the website and google it says they close at 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:10 the doors were locked and it looked like they were almost done closing up. They must have started closing at 9 or earlier. The two employees also looked surprised when I tried to open and door and started walking words the door maybe to say something to me when I was pulling out of the parking lot (that might be a stretch), but it’s unacceptable the employees decide to close over half an hour before closing, I get 10 minutes but half and hour???!?

always out of ingredients, unlike other bibibops and they have to run to the back to get stuff which makes everything take much longer
