BIBIBOP Asian Grill

On the website and google it says they close at 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:10 the doors were locked and it looked like they were almost done closing up. They must have started closing at 9 or earlier. The two employees also looked surprised when I tried to open and door and started walking words the door maybe to say something to me when I was pulling out of the parking lot (that might be a stretch), but it’s unacceptable the employees decide to close over half an hour before closing, I get 10 minutes but half and hour???!?

always out of ingredients, unlike other bibibops and they have to run to the back to get stuff which makes everything take much longer

Love the food, service was good. Wanted to try to Korean crispy chicken, they had non, the bulgogi beef is always good tho. Establishment was really dirty.m, tables, drink station etc. But thanku to the hard working staff.

Who's running this Mayfield Hts Bibi Bop❓️ They had NO-ZERO-YUM YUM sauce. They MADE ME BUY 4 PACKETS @ 30 cents each❗️ AND no napkins... they are handing out z-fold towels like they have in the bathrooms.

I’m such a big fan of mayfield bibibop. When I walk in the ground shakes because of my back size. All seriousness, I love this bibibop, and I’m always here. Portions are amazing, always what you pay for! Sweet, kind, and welcoming workers. I always tip here generously, I love you all so much!!! ❤️

When I asked for a normal bowl with purple rice the woman working the first section misheard me and thought I ask for a noodle bowl with Purple rice. I apologized profusely for the confusion, but she proceeded to roll her eyes and speak in Spanish under her breath while she fixed her own error. Horrible service, won’t be coming back.

I don't know the names of the 3 young men working at this location tonight (May 21, 2025, between 6-8pm) but 10/10 nicest men I've ever met. Immaculate vibes. So joyful. Give them all a raise.

I've been to different bibibops all over NE Ohio, this one is definitely the worst so far.

Good: Clean restaurant

Bad: food quality. The chicken was fatty and had little to no seasoning/sauce, and the rice was under cooked

The woman who made my bowl also had headphones in which made her unable to hear me properly.
