My husband and I came here tonight for dinner and our food was dry. We had asked for extra noodles. Didn’t get those portion size was small compared to what we usually get from other locations very disappointing. It will be a long time before we will be coming back.

Charging 1.59 for 6 pieses of avocado, when I purchased a whole one across the street at Aldis for .59 is NASTY work. Whoever sets the prices aren't very smart.

Takeout orders are always consistently very late. Tonight, I waited for 20 mins after the “ready” time, 50 mins total after ordering.After checking in with the cashier, the staff still prepared -literally- 13 individuals orders in line before making ours.It’s unfortunate, as this is the only BibiBop in the area… but customer service here is always a problem. Will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. Manager, or the gentleman presenting himself as such, was rude and uninterested. Did not have food to fulfill requested orders with no timetable to achieve the goal of producing requested items.If you have the time, visit the location in Pinecrest instead.

Very poor service, the food was cold when I got home. Employee by the name of Prince was rude and had a noncaring attitude. Forgot our cookies we bought and I had to go back up to the counter . He didn't even apologize. The past experience was terrible as well. I been trying to call the store and nobody answers and mailbox is full. Disappointed
