My Mom loved this Bob Evans in Mayfield Heights Ohio, they were all wonderful. No barriers, kind, waiters were awesome!

I wanted to write a review that reflect my real experience - than I decided to write what we did.
I was there with my family. I know server’s name, but I wont mention it. She did not introduce herself, have to ask twice for high-chair for kids. No straws given, no napkins, never came to check on how the food was, if we wanna order something, I have to ask for boxes, and again ask for the bag. Literally, she could care less if we dined or not. She was very pleasant to everyone around our table, kept checking on them.
Here is what we choosed to do, we smiled thanked, payed the bill and left a decent tip. Just so world can use some kindness, may be she was having a bad day, may be she had bad experience with people of different origins.

Order soups, received one full cup and other cup not full. They give us 2 napkins and plenty of crackers, fill soups up with vegetables, noodles and not broth. Expensive too. Use to be 4 for $20 now over $30 bucks. Do not recommend this location.

Just back from breakfast. Food was good but they check out person and the manager refused to accept our coupon. And are also refusing to accept gift cards. This is inappropriate and both should be fired. We will never return to this establishment. Disgraceful

This place has been going down hill. Got take out today the breakfast sandwiches were greasy and disgusting. The hash bones that came with it were very small the large loaded flies look very pathetic they gave you like five french fries with little cheese and bacon on it for 7 bucks they should be ashamed. 30 dollar of trash
We got there right around 9am. It wasn't too busy, we were seated quickly, and immediately had the lady take our drink order. We had our food order taken and brought out quickly. Food was great and exactly how we ordered it. Would definitely come back.

I went to the Bob Evans location at the Golden Gate Plaza today. We were greeted by the clerk and seated with menus. We sat for 20 minutes and no one came to the table to service us. This was one of my favorite locations. We were very disappointed.
