I arrived and no one said hi so that was awkward. The ceiling and exhaust fans in the lobby were disgusting but the girl who made my sandwich seemed nice and it was tasty.
Decent sandwiches and bagels are very good. They look like they need more people during the peak times as that was the only disappointment of the experience.
This has always been a busy store but even with four staff (one was on break), it still took over 15 minutes to get in and out. My only suggestion would be to make certain the staff change their gloves between each order. The wrappers on both my bagels had something sticky on them as he was doing two orders at once. Looked like grape jelly.
I’ve visited the mayfield heights location. I’ve also ordered on door dash both from home and work. It’s hard in today’s world to receive great food and great service but you have succeeded . I’m very sad you are closing, it’s a loss. Just wanted to let you all know you will be missed , thank you for doing what you do.
Bagels are fresh and they have several sandwich combinations!
Going to miss being able to pop in for a breakfast sandwich and grabbing fresh bagels and flavored cream cheeses.

I love there western brisket sandwich with extra Chipotle mayo and red onions!
Love the pastrami egg n Swiss tons of bagels (carbs) to choose from so choose your carbs wisely
This brueggers is great but i will say its sucks trying to use door dash because there is not build your own bagel option or substitution option's. Working most mornings its hard to get to the actual resturant.

Great brueggers, We usually go on sundays and it is really busy. Dont let the line dissuade you, it moves quick. Great, friendly, and hard working staff.
Fresh, warm, fluffy, DELICIOUS bagels, friendly staff, and creative cream cheese flavors. The line is a bit too long sometimes, but worth the wait if you have the time.
I apologize for marking this originally a single star. I'd actually had a very good western brisket and thought I'd given 4 stars. The only reason I wouldn't have given a 5 star review was because there was a long line.
I have missed these. Used to work here years ago and there are still as good now as back thenA little pricey but well worth it. I really hope they bring back their full menu soon. Loved the Chicken fajita sandwich and I absolutely love the Herby Turkey.Glad I live close I will be Here a ton..
