Their regular cheese steaks are decent, but the wings are really oversalted, and the teriyaki cheese steak is just too sweet and sugary, overall it's a decent spot for a quick bite but some of the food on their menu is just inedible and dangerous to your health.

Good place for a quick bite. Place was clean. Quick service. Chicken Philly was great. Toppings were fresh. Very tasty. Fries were hot and fresh. Good seating options. Worth a stop when you are looking for a quick bite.

The young lady at the register is always pleasant. And this location makes the best food!!! It's always fresh and tasty!!! The new peppercorn was amazing!!

Today July 28, 2023 around 4:30pm. I am not sure what has changed as far as management goes at this location, but today we were eating out for dinner this evening and chose this location, there seemed to be new staff then the usual. The sandwiches were so over dressed it made it hard to eat, very out of the norm, while I was eating my first half of the sandwich I came across a hair right on top caked in dressing Ew, I threw that part in the trash, I figured it was just a one off. I was wrong, I took the rest home and ate it later. While I was eating it I found another long piece of hair!!!! Gross! This location was a favorite spot to eat, but now I think we will spend our hard earned monies somewhere else. Yuck! Do better Charleys in mayfield. Boo!! ?

Since the new ownership, the customer service is much to be desired. The workers treat you as if you are a bother when you want to order. I will never visit this location again. Tip: If customer service is not your thing, do us all a favor and not take a position where you have to interact with people.
