I have to say I've been doordashing for a while now and this must be the best restaurant ever to take care of customers. The management, the employees, the service is off the charts, fantastic and I run into a lot of restaurants that suck. But this place is on top of its game, everybody should come. Visit , this is a great restaurt on Mayfield road in Mayfield Heights. It is fantastic 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars.

I love visiting with my kids so they can enjoy the play area after eating. On a cold afternoon the play area came in handy for my twins to get energy out. While visiting there was a lady who cleaned the area while we were eating so I know I could trust the surface. We had a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries.

The service is great but the portions are a joke. Ive watched over the bast year as the chicken patties have gotten smaller and smaller. Tonight was the last straw, I got a deluxe chicken sandwich that was so small it wasn't even visible under the bun and 8 piece crispy chicken nuggets the size of my pinky and all bread! I will never be going back!

I just had the worst deluxe original chicken sandwich at Chick- Fil- A in Mayfield Hts. It was greasy and dark and obviously put in the grease twice. My stomach was not happy and neither was I🤢

I came to Chick-fil-A yesterday and was helped by the sweetest young lady named Izianna. When I got up to the window, I was trying to get a medium mac and cheese that cost $4.25, but I only had $3 in cash and they weren’t able to take that there. She came over while running food and was so polite, and she even offered to pay the rest herself with her card. By the time she came back I had already paid another way, but I told her I’d hold her to that next time. I was so touched by her kindness. The food was fresh and good, but Izianna really made the experience special.
