Got to the restaurant at 8:30. Dining room was closed and could right not eat my meal in the restaurant. Instead I had to go sit in the car and eat it in the cold. I do not recommend eating here in the evening time.

Jordin took my order in the drive thru she was very efficient and got several cars out in a timely manner. While also managing to be very personable and friendly yet professional. She helped me make a decision on which item from her own experience and also upselled the newest drink. 10/10 highly recommend. Every chick-fil-a needs a Jordin . May God continue to let his light shine through you.

You don't need 4 people saying welcome over kill. Why is there only one person taking orders makes for long lines. There is always a long wait here why??? The staff plays to much with each other unacceptable.. service is horrible and my nuggets were not fully cooked. Please do better WORST

I can’t say enough about my recent visit to Chick-fil-A—it was hands-down the best fast food experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "Welcome to Chick-fil-A!" But what truly made my visit unforgettable was Kyrhys, the cashier.
Kyrhys went above and beyond to make me feel like the most valued guest in the restaurant. He greeted me with such enthusiasm and kindness that it instantly brightened my day. He took my order with incredible attention to detail, double-checking everything to ensure it was perfect. Not only that, but he even made friendly conversation, making me feel like more than just another customer in line.
The food was, of course, delicious—hot, fresh, and made exactly as I ordered. But it was the service that truly set this visit apart. Kyrhys exemplifies everything that makes Chick-fil-A famous for hospitality. He made sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask. Even after I got my food, he checked in with me to see if everything was to my satisfaction.
If every restaurant had a Kyrhys, the world would be a much friendlier place. Chick-fil-A, you’ve got an absolute gem of an employee! I will definitely be coming back, and I hope to see Kyrhys at the register again. Five stars all the way!

It’s good I love it sm but sometimes my orders get switched up and also ppl steal orders too which is sad but overall this place is good it seems expensive but really they have amazing deals. They also support lots of schools and funding which is amazing for the community.

The service is most of the time great, but the actual food is my issue. this store used to have great food, I don't know what changed. Every single time I come here now, if I order mac and cheese it is basically clumpy and nasty, tasting weird. Sometimes its cold.

Chick FIL A is always great no matter what location you go to. The employees I came in contact with were very friendly and patient and kind as I'm deaf and didn't feel like I was an inconvenience like some business employees are.
Leon lead drive thru was very rude and disrespectful today. When I placed and order today it was myself and one other customer. Tons of orders were made and placed on the counter. The orders that were made first and put on the counter were for employees! Employees come before customers I have to remember that when visiting this location. When all employees collected their meals I inquired about my order and that I would need to cancel. Leon proceeded to yell to back and say she ready to go, hurry up she ready to go, repeatedly. It made me so uncomfortable I canceled my order and left. That was very disappointing coming from someone considered to be a lead of anything! I felt he was being funny and playing with my time and money. I don’t recommend this location to anyone the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Mayfield heights golden gate plaza location terrible service.

Update new visit. Ordered at home on the new mobile order scan/ pick up system. NOT worth it. Did not save much time. The line was shorter, and the drive thru was longer, but that is their doing. All drive thru in 1 lane now. Other lane now mobile pick up lane. But when it came to the bend past the order screens, they still allow others ahead of you and the person that ordered drive thru next to me, received their order before me and the person in the veh behind me the same? Got to window and they asked me 2 names, not mine. so what is the time savings. Not sure. Got home. No tortilla chips with soup, tea was unsweetened not write, 2 napkins for 2 people?. Ordered 2 chikfila sauses... in bag?.. None. So mobile slow...order errors. Oh well. Kanes here we come. Wait I got some point on app. Yahooo!!
Overall. Great food ...breakfast. typically always a pleasure here. Today error on order. I think I received part of the person's behind me. BEC meal. Got the coffee. Sandwich but small chik sandwiches versus potatoes. (Photo added)

If you enjoy cold chicken, slow service, and mixed up orders then I would suggest you dine here. I would recommend going to the Willoughby location or go to Raising Cane's down the street, the workers here are obviously High School dropouts.

Fast service and good food. But make sure you ask for the sauce. They will not give any out, even when you choose it on your app, when you ask the windows lady, she gives you one for 4 meals. So make sure you let her know how many you want. 😆 other than that...good location

Received one of those laminated cards for a free breakfast sandwich so figured why not give them a try. Honestly it wasn't worth it. This place (like most if not all Chick-fill-A's) are crazy busy for lunch and dinner and yet for breakfast it was quite literally dead and here's why. First off our cashier couldn't even bother to be remotely pleasant. Until she went on break and was all smiles. She couldn't even be bothered to take the card which I attempted to hand her twice. The food was not hot. Now I am used to this for the waffle fries, but seriously look at the picture and how the cheese isn't melted because the biscuit, egg and sausage were barely lukewarm. And all of the employees acted like the customer or two in the place didn't even exist. No thanks I'll go to McDonald's where their breakfast is far superior and most of the time the employees at least acknowledge you exist. It's nice especially in the morning to be greeted with a smile.
