I was just at this location with my husband and daughter. There was an older lady in there with missing front teeth who had the WORST attitude in America infront of my kid. When we walked in she stated there’s no chips, vinagarette or steak. We said ok. As i am asking for double rice, she said with a nasty attitude she can’t do that and she will lose her job and do we want her to move in with us. I told her we would pay extra. She said no. Then she kept starring at us and my husband had to ask her what is the issue and why is she looking at us nasty. She stated with an attitude she is just looking and it made us uncomfortable. She then would mumble things under her breath any time we asked for anything on our bowl. The whole experience was so disturbing. She made me lose my whole appetite and then proceeded to yell at the other staff member to check us out because she is not dealing with this stuff today. I never experienced this in a Chipotle and I have been coming to Chipotle for over 15 years. Now my whole mood is thrown off and we were nothing was nice and respectful.
Horrible location, always messing up my online orders and does nothing to resolve it

Myself and my three kids went here to eat today and they had no cheese, no steak except for a spoonful left, no onions or peppers, no pinto beans. In the end, we got half portions no thank you.
What a disappointment. why bother staying open if you don’t have anything?? 530PM on a Saturday night and you already ran out of everything.

I never leave reviews on google. I don’t typically bother myself with the time. However, this restaurant has a pattern. And I think it’s time for this location to be 1. Shutdown and fire the current staff. Or 2. Just fire the current staff. They don’t care for customer service, they never order the proper about of food and produce whenever they are ordering supplies and every day (I work in the plaza so I know this for a fact) they are either running out of chicken or steak COMPLETELY. Now you think, “well that’s common, they can run on depending on the season and time of day@. Okay but what about running out of sour cream and cheese? What about running out of bowls to put the food in? And Gosh do not get me started with the HARD SHELL TACOS THAT ONLY TAKE 7-10 MINUTES TO MAKE. I finally figured it out one day when I came to get tacos, and I asked for them. The guy was decently nice, and he yelled back to one of his co workers asking if they had any. Both, looked very annoyed by my question, and they looked at me and told me “she didn’t make any today so we don’t have any”. I’m not one of those stuck up people that just thinks they’re supposed to get whatever they want but there was a time when people had manners and the ability to deescalate a situation, especially in the food industry. Their management is poor, sanitary issues always going on (no gloves, pouring new food ON TOP of the old food, having one person run the line while other sit on the side and gossip. Just long story short, if you’re looking to get chipotle and you have a choice between this location and another that’s 4 hours away, hop on the freeway and speed towards it.

Walked in at 7:00pm on a Thursday night and they immediately told me that they had no burrito shells,no White rice,no beans..i walked out in mid-sentence. I'm tired of walking into my neighborhood Chipotle and immediately worrying if im going to get satisfied.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but this is deserving. It seems like the standard of chipotle has 📉 DRASTICALLY and they have the audacity to charge you over $8.
As soon as you walk in they tell you what they don’t have (which is fine. I’m pretty understanding) then proceeds to ignore you with the impression of hoping it’s enough for you to just leave the restaurant. If you don’t walk away in the next 2-3 min they give you subpar service with nasty attitudes.
I only come here because my husband loves chipotle. I initially hoped that the poor service and low quality was a one off thing but it seems pretty consistent now. Will be finding other dining options nearby

Just seen two female employees go into the bathroom with aprons in 10 minutes of being there. No one wants pink eye with their burrito.

Chips were overly salted. Bowl lacked flavor. Staff were rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. No outside seating. Establishment was not clean.

By far one of the worst Chipotle’s to actually exist, the service is terrible, and nothing is ever done correctly. I had an online order for two bowls and ended up getting someone’s order with three bowls and tacos. None of them have the stuff that I eat and I just think this chipotle needs to actually hire good staff or shut down because this is the only chipotle where I have terrible experiences. Don’t know why I thought I should try going again, if your thinking about going don’t even waste your time.

Second time we have stopped here in two months. First time we stopped it was about 7:45-8:00 PM and they were out of cheese, guacamole, corn salsa, sour cream, green salsa and the chicken. With no plans on setting up more. I said maybe it was a fluke and they just had a bad day.
Second time we go there they tell us 10-15 minute wait on rice this was at 8:10 PM. At 8:30 PM the person I assume is the manager comes out to announce to the new people who have come in that the rice just got started and it will be 15-20 minutes. I asked the guy if he means another 15-20 or is it almost done? He tells me that it just got started because they had to wash a pot and they are short staffed. There were 4 employees literally just standing there talking because they had nothing to do. At this point I just drove over to the other Chipotle which is five minutes away where they manage to always have everything with the same number of employees. The guy behind the counter at the Mayfield store was not helpful and was fairly rude considering there were 5 of us waiting because he didn’t do his job right the first or second time.

Chipotle was out of half their ingredients yet still charged full price - an hour and a half before close. I heard the employees talking about ingredients in the back but would not bring them out. The people were not friendly and also would not let me use the bathroom saying they were out of tp. They also hurried us to eat and get out so they could close early. Horrible experience.

They are always out of everything !!!! They also sometimes don’t cook the rice all the way. I go to this location almost everyday and they are always out of something. It’s like they don’t feel like working. Workers always have attitudes.
Order Online only, sucks getting turned around.
People were nice. The place was not clean though.
