Chipotle still makes for a solid lunch option, but the overall quality—both in taste and service—has noticeably declined over time. On this visit, the first prep worker provided a nice touch by offering me a sample of their new chicken, and the second was generous with portions, making sure the meal was satisfying.

However, the checkout experience left something to be desired. When I asked for an extra vinaigrette, the cashier rolled her eyes, which dampened...

The lady making the bowls had a very nasty attitude. However there were two guys in front of me and she was all smiles. Gave them double meat and Didn’t charge. I asked for a little more steak because she damn near wasted most of it on the counter. She quickly responded oh I’ll have to charge double. Unbelievable but whatever! The guy that did the toppings was polite and friendly (the stars are for him). There were no forks and the area was beyond nasty!

I started coming to this location a few months ago, because others I frequented were horrible! The service was "ok". This past Friday I stopped by, around 11:30 ish. The young man that took care of me was wiping down the counter to free of dropped food. Washed his hands and put on some gloves. Got a bowl that was very full to say the least! He did an impeccable job and didn't drop anything that normally happens when piling food. The cashier was pleasant as well....
