bring back paper tickets 😭😭 my kid isn’t even excited when she hits a big win bc she doesn’t understand she just won 100 tickets

also, i ordered a piece of pre sliced cake that’s just in a cooler….its been 23 minutes and it still isn’t ready yet. its not busy as its a thursday but they told me the cake is still “warming up”

I love this place only when it isn’t crowded!

It’s so funny to go from having birthday parties here as a kid to now being a parent taking my own kids here.

Call me “old fashioned” but they should consider bringing back the paper tickets as opposed to the digital cards. Running around with your bag of tickets was half the fun of coming here.

My favorite game is still here; the ski coin game but there are some welcome new additions like fruit ninja.

The service is lacking. Whenever we come in the employees are always on their phones and aren’t in a cheery mood you’d expect working in a kids play arcade.

Thankfully the pizza is still good but everything else I wouldn’t recommend. The wing dings are overpriced and very small. The salad bar isn’t kept clean.

They recently added a trampoline jump area and my daughter enjoys it. It is a separate cost.

Overall it’s an ok experience my daughter always has fun running around but it’s just not the excitement and magic I remember as a kid.

I loved this place when I was a kid. It sucks the animatronic doesn’t do anything but look around. I wish they would get it back up and running again because it was really cool.

From the moment we arrived for a birthday party, Kyla took great care of us. All of the machines worked and the kids had a great time.

I didn't enjoy much on my visit ? honestly; except the young lady Unique??, who waited on my party of 4. She was patient, understanding, and willing to explain a lot of things that have changed since my last visit to the franchise. My children enjoyed the experience. Though, Unique was the only factor that made me feel like I'd return to this location.

Well it's pretty much like an arcade now so there's nothing for little kids to do. Except they did at this trampoline where you need special socks but they cost $12 a piece!!!! I think Chuck-E-Cheese is now a MoneyGrab. You can easily go in there with multiple children and spend $150 on game cards and another $60 on food and if you do get those socks that's another that's another 40 bucks depend on how many kids you have.

Horrible customer service the chubby girl that closed the register last night was very rude and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there she didn’t want to let the children get there toys she closed the register while there were people in line I asked to speak to a manager no one came out and there was a manager there the only person that was nice was the big guy working last night from my experience I don’t think anyone should go to this location until there are better workers and possibly new management also or better attitudes. They should not have a customer service job they should go work at a factory.the salad bar was very promising the eggs looked a little green my sister ate pizza she didn’t like it and gave her a stomach ache . This is a place for childer there should be employees with better energy. Please take this under consideration!! I would not waste my time with this bad review if it was not important..

Our first trip to Chuck E. Cheese and I don’t want to go back.
Nearly every game is broken, the place was FILTHY (some mess to be expected in a child’s establishment but this was gross), staff were yelling at each other about losing their phones and not wanting to take out their AirPods while trying to check us out, children were standing on all of the games throwing basket balls, footballs and ski balls.
It was disastrous.
We were also sad to see the tubes/climber was taken out, remembering this from when we were kids.

I visit with my family June 30 2024 around 1 45pm. The person who do the mouse action its TERRIBLE the kids try to say hi or take pictures and she ignored all the kids . I order a pizza and it's cold and never somebody advise me about its ready. The beeper never vibrates,I spend 60$ and no worth it.
