A local favorite for my toddler. Staff is usually helpful and friendly, they keep it clean and do their best with what they have.
First time in a while at this Chuck E. Cheese in Mayfield and we were greeted by an employee name Jayden who made sure we understood the new monthly pay and play. He was helpful will definitely come back here with my son and daughter!!!
Party was great for 8 kids, Kayla was great, had great service and the kids had a blast!
This location has one of only three Alpha stages left. Not only that, but their Alpha stage is the most complete compared to the other 2. This stage is missing Bird, but he was replaced by a very cool unique revolving cylinder. The games are pretty fun. Their Photo Ride still has the camera attached, which is quite uncommon nowadays. Please go if you have the time. Great location with lots of Phase 3 stuff.

I been coming here almost 3 yrs and the last time I was not a good experience but today after like 5 months I came back and Jayden and Kenzle greeted me It felt good to have a good welcoming !! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and grandbaby came from Cincinnati and chose this place because she stayed in Mayfield, we wanted entertainment for my grandbaby and this was a really nice place it was clean and good customer service. Food was pretty good as well. If they came back in town we would come back to this Chuck e cheese for sure
It was fun for the kids, some of the games didn't work, it was ok because our pass was unlimited for a few hours but for ppl paying for each swipe I'm sure that was an issue. Pizza was good, love that cotton candy is part of the ticket redemption. Will go again
