Laughable bad. Told the staff at the desk about two game malfunctions (no balls in skeeball and a Minecraft game that I noticed was grabbing two to three charges every time my daughter swiped her token card) she shrugged her shoulders and walked on. Ticket prize counter staff clearly annoyed with a 6 year old who needed 4 or 5 minutes to make up her mind. There wasn't anyone even waiting. Finally, the games that make up the bulk of the arcade aren't games anymore. They have far more in common with cheap casino games than they do the arcade game of 10-20 years ago.

Food is sad and expensive. The kids had an okay time, no one was talking much about it afterwards or asked to go again. Just something to do on a bad weather

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and I couldn't have been happier with the customer service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. They were attentive to our needs, accommodating special requests, and making sure all the kids had a blast. It truly made for a memorable and stress-free experience."

Worst for service. Attendants are too lazy, specifically at cash counters..

The pizza was way over priced for the kids. The salad bar was even over priced plus the lettuce was old. Only two employees in the building working. Very sad for this location yall need to come down on your food prices.

Post COVID, they have removed alot of free play areas, however, the game play is by time now and i prefer that. I can buy a card for unlimited play for the kids starting at 30mins.

Kids outing can’t go wrong . The only thing is the unlimited you need to wait to scan and to purchase points is way too expensive. So either play less games for more time or play more games but it will cost

Food was ridiculously expensive for what you wanted! $60 for 2 pizzas, 4 drinks, and one cookie was too much! Plus, paying for the kids to play their games! Allow parents to be able to go out without spending $150 for one night!

It was a badd day. 50 minutes on my order to add to the party. I kept asking about it and received no assistance. But they were all very ready to assist Chuckie and sing....I was happy at least to see him. The wings were barely cooked and the pizza was horrible. And the game section has gone down WAY DOWN since my child had a party there 20 years ago. It is so small.
