So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said.
My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster.

this is a Hidden Gem definitely we frequent here at least once a week. the food is phenomenal. and they have the best waiter around Vince. our definite go to for date night. the only thing I could say LOL is bring a jacket cuz it's always freezing in there!
I have eaten here at least 6 times and have always had great food. Today, was NOT one of those days. First, you can’t call and place an order, has to be done online. I got the whole order in then the account on the computer would not let me go any further. So, I had to go to the restaurant to place the order. I got there at 11:55. I had 7 orders. I did not get out of there until 12:40. My chicken tenders were over cooked, the shrimp for one of the salads were not fully cooked...read full review
