We went up there July, 26 th, our server Efraine wasn’t ok to be working, we never got refills, we had the worst experience ever, he was drunk, he can barely talk, hope this got fixed, it’s our favorite place to go :(

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. I come here multiple times a week. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. No bad vibes. The restaurant is always sparkling. Something I appreciate because it is rare nowadays.

I always get the shrimp bowl or birria tacos but today I tried something different which led me to make a review. I got the ranchero soup. All I have to say is WOW. Im blown away with how delicious it is!! I will get this more often. The “lunch” size is huge!! So much food for such a great price. The flavors are on point. This restaurant never disappoints and is one of the best in Cleveland.

I stopped eating just to share this ! This is my first time here I came to do take out but the place was so cute I had to sit down, I love everything about this place the food was beyond amazing this taco is HUGE I was about to order more when the waitress informed me that trust me this was enough a couple bites and I was full I wish I could keep eating ! Amazing people amazing food beautiful scenery, I WILL DEFINITELY be back !!!💕💕💕💕

Great mexican food and margaritas!

Food was mediocre at best. Not on par with other Don Ramon's, in my opinion. I know they use the same ingredients, but there was something off about this particular meal. Like the ground beef seemed to be really thin, and the pulled beef was very stringy and fatty.
Here's the kicker - no margarita prices on the menu.
Imagine my surprise when the amaretto margarita came out at $15.99. More than my entree. It was not worth it.
My take is eat here as a last resort.

We came for lunch and they let us know right away they didn't have refried beans or rice ready. They gave us the option to stay or leave. Even though I was disappointed, that was a great customer service move.

I’m not the type to eat Mexican food but I went here because my mom wanted to for her birthday. I didn’t like anything on the menu so I opted for just regular tacos and it turns out that they make the taco meat with tomato and onions and I hate tomato and onion bits. So I forced myself to eat them since I knew I wouldn’t like anything else and there was too much to pick out. They were okay. When the came out with my mom’s birthday dessert they sang happy birthday and it was nice.

Dom Ramon's is a solid Mexican Restaurant with all the classics. I always find my way back every time I am in the area.
