I love fire house subs but this is the worst one I have ever been too, grumpy staff and not clean store, this tarnish the name guys

This location doesn't care like they use too. Either my sandwich is soggy or my soup bowl is empty. I ordered 3 bowls of chicken and dumplings today. Not only were they empty, but is was an overwhelming amount of oil/butter and salt... and most importantly it tasted spoiled. NEVER AGAIN!!! And what a shame because I used to order from there often... purchase at your own risk.

This is the first time I walk in the fabulous restaurant in 31 years, and when asked about what I wanted, the staff was understanding and professional. Just went there on a Friday (12/20), and I swear, once I go in, wait times for food is shorter. Very good service. They let me know when my meatball sub would be ready, and they wasted absolutely zero time making it. Staff is not only efficient but it's loyal too, as well as its service here. And the fact that wait times for food is shorter is beautiful, loyal service. Many thanks to the staff, for their wonderful service will not be forgotten. Will never stop coming here again.

Ordered the french dip. It came on plain bread, no caramelized onions, no au jus. It's just a plain roast beef sub.

This particular location is a little bit "dumpy" looking to be honest. I got the firehouse hero and it was actually pretty good except for the fact I asked for no onions and they put them on anyway. Overall the staff wasn't very friendly and they were sooooo slow and still didn't listen about the no onions. If you are gonna take over 20 minutes to make my sandwich (I was the only order at the time) at least get it right geez.

Always wanted to go to Firehouse Subs. Finally went, was not disappointed. Even my mom was impressed. Sandwich was awesome / delicious. Customer service was excellent. Definitely will be going back real soon.
