The location is pretty run down and always seems a bit dirty.
I’ve been here pretty often and the employees are quite rude and seem disinterested in working. It took over 5 minutes for 2 people to even acknowledge I was standing at the register. There were only 2 other people in the building. One employee with ear bud in and didn’t take off gloves to ring in meal and then went back to making subs. Then took 20 minutes to make 3 subs.

Very friendly staff at this Firehouse Subs location. My order is always done correctly and is hot, as expected.
So it happen, they had a great bunch of employees there and everything was awesome for years, they have cleared house and brought in new people and it sucks,order not right,sub not the right size and made hafe ass and what used to be a bowl of chili is now less than a cup buy buy fire house
