This is the first time I walk in the fabulous restaurant in 31 years, and when asked about what I wanted, the staff was understanding and professional. Just went there on a Friday (12/20), and I swear, once I go in, wait times for food is shorter. Very good service. They let me know when my meatball sub would be ready, and they wasted absolutely zero time making it. Staff is not only efficient but it's loyal too, as well as its service here. This particular location is a little bit "dumpy" looking to be honest. I got the firehouse hero and it was actually pretty good except for the fact I asked for no onions and they put them on anyway. Overall the staff wasn't very friendly and they were sooooo slow and still didn't listen about the no onions. If you are gonna take over 20 minutes to make my sandwich (I was the only order at the time) at least get it right geez.

Always wanted to go to Firehouse Subs. Finally went, was not disappointed. Even my mom was impressed. Sandwich was awesome / delicious. Customer service was excellent. Definitely will be going back real soon.
