i grew up around Youngstown so having a bit of Youngstown up here has been so nice! I love that your location has all of the original flavors that i grew up on plus the seasonal ones!! plus the Ice-cream is always 10/10 ❤️🍦

Great place for awesome Ice Cream! Tons of flavors and super clean place. Ice cream is super fresh and made daily. Very nice workers and I will be back the next time I’m back in town with my job.

Come during the day. Better portions when the adults are working. Children need guidance, the two that helped me were cute and nice. The one kid with braids just stood there with a an attitude. Where's the manager? Absolutely no consistency in food quality. Kinda sad.

I was in line with my kids, waiting at the counter with two people behind me. The first server completely skipped me and helped the person behind me. The second server did the same exact thing. And then when I got upset, they went on to say that they didn't see me. I was standing front and center. And then, she said, "we are sorry you feel that way," as if none of it was their fault. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. They didn't look sorry at all. On my way out, the two employees went on to laugh at me and wave me away. I am appalled at their lack of accountability and that they don't care about customer service. I expect better from an establishment that prides itself to be family-friendly.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae and when I went to check out, it had cashews in it. I never mentioned anything about nuts nor was I asked if I wanted them. I wouldn’t have minded peanuts, but cashews in a sundae is not what I ordered. I ended up throwing it out.

First time trying Handel’s. I must admit I’m not much of an ice cream person; half a scoop and I’m done. I was hoping to try the Blue moon which is their Blue raspberry out of the Ice Flavors but unfortunately they were either out for the evening or just don’t serve it at this location. I ended up going with banana ice cream on a sugar cone. Didn’t finish all of it because it was really decadent but definitely a sweet treat! My daughter got classic chocolate. Only reason I didn’t get five stars is because I really wish I could’ve tried the blue moon lol

Had a taste for some ice cream and grabbed a banana split! It was so delicious! They have all sorts of flavors of sorbets and ice cream, smoothies and shakes! I tried their grape flavored ice cream and definitely want to go back and grab more.

I didn’t think I would be impressed by this ice cream but I really was! It’s the best ice cream I’ve had. And there’s some other ice creams I really love. I love how many different flavors they have that they rotate through. Grape ice cream is amazing and I wish it wasn’t seasonal

Got the pleasure of getting our banana Splits made by Reid!! Such a pleasant man! He did a beautiful job even with the presentation of our splits!! He even gave our son one of their mini cones it was just to cute!! . I wish I thought of snapping a pic of how amazing they looked but we were eager to get the hungry little guy home…Thanks Reid and his team for an amazing experience!!
