I visit this location often Today the cashier was very nice. The sandwich maker????? I was the only customer in the store. My sandwich was full of lettuce and NOT the extra mayo I asked for🤨🤨😐 I will be checking my sandwich BEFORE I walk out from today forward NOT feeling a terrible sandwich TODAY💯💯🥴😔

Initially when I went to the place to ask questions about different party packages, Sean was very helpful and informative. My order was ready on time after ordering it online. Upon picking up the order, Sean was there and shared he prepared the order. I had an interview 1pm-1:45pm at Jimmy John’s. It’s been 2 days since so I called in regards of my interview. I called Twice to reach a manager both employees disconnected the phone both times. I call a 3rd time and explained the inconvenience to an employee who then finally gave the phone to the manager. As I’m trying to explain my reasoning for calling The Manager interrupts me mid sentence and goes “HEY… we’re in the middle of lunch.. Our busiest time of the day, I’m gonna have to let u go” then hangs up on me without really knowing what I’m calling for. Ya’ll Just lost a potential employee and will remain understaffed with attitudes like that.

We waited 40 minutes for them to make 5 subs on an online order… so much for fast. Refused to give us a refund and offered us a five dollar discount on a future order but gave us no coupon or any way to redeem this.
