I ordered 5 slim number 3 which is plain tuna sandwiches. I was insulted at the amount placed in each sandwich. It seems like the ran out of tuna and decided to stretch it rather than cancel the order. This is truly unacceptable for the amount of money that I paid

I tried This Jimmy Johns for the first time, because an acquaintance suggested it. Oh my goodness was it delicious. It was made perfectly and very fulfilling. I visit this location often Today the cashier was very nice. The sandwich maker????? I was the only customer in the store. My sandwich was full of lettuce and NOT the extra mayo I asked for🤨🤨😐 I will be checking my sandwich BEFORE I walk out from today forward NOT feeling a terrible sandwich TODAY💯💯🥴😔

Initially when I went to the place to ask questions about different party packages, Sean was very helpful and informative. My order was ready on time after ordering it online. Upon picking up the order, Sean was there and shared he prepared the order. My coworkers and I enjoyed the sandwiches at our Christmas party!!Thank You Sean for great customer service and being proficient!!

I had an interview 1pm-1:45pm at Jimmy John’s. It’s been 2 days since so I called in regards of my interview. I called Twice to reach a manager both employees disconnected the phone both times. I call a 3rd time and explained the inconvenience to an employee who then finally gave the phone to the manager. As I’m trying to explain my reasoning for calling The Manager interrupts me mid sentence and goes “HEY… we’re in the middle of lunch.. Our busiest time of the day, I’m gonna have to let u go” then hangs up on me without really knowing what I’m calling for. Ya’ll Just lost a potential employee and will remain understaffed with attitudes like that.

by far **the worst** jimmy john's i have ever been to. DISGRACE. The sandwich boy was so rude and unwelcoming. I asked for extra and PAID for extra and he gave me bread and lettuce as if it's coming from his paycheck..
