I've tried to hold back from Saying this many times but... whoever owns this location should be embarrassed. This parking lot is a dumpster!! I literally just walked over chicken wings, pizza crust, broken glass, cardboard and the worst of them all TAMPONS!!! CLEAN YOU PARKING LOT!!!!!! OR... GET A TRASH CAN FOR THE DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMERS WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO USE ONE. It's disgusting, you have families and animals who walk past your establishment daily.. GET IT TOGETHER.

Feb 1, 2025 around 5:30 p.m., Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 location) . 11 (Eleven) people waiting to be served/ answered for about 15 - 20 minutes but young cashier woman on the phone for last 20 minutes and no one else trys to cover for her, the rest of the crew preparing pizza (laughing/ joking). One of them try to show his skill by throwing the dough above his head and catch it again. It continues until one of the customer start complaining then one of the crew decided to tale care of the customers. I belive store managment and or crew need to be replaced or better trained. I plan to share it to their main office.

I’ve always had great experiences with Marco’s Pizza, but my most recent order was a huge disappointment. We live in Lyndhurst, and Marco’s has been our go-to pizza spot, even with so many options nearby. At the end of November, I ordered pizzas for a small get-together for my son. Unfortunately, the delivery was extremely late, and when the pizzas finally arrived, they were cold and badly damaged. All three pizzas were crushed on one side, as if they had been dropped or mishandled.
Despite the delay and poor condition of the pizzas, I still gave the delivery driver a generous tip, thinking the issue wasn’t his fault. However, the experience was very frustrating, especially with guests at our house. This was the last straw for me, and I won’t be ordering from Marco’s again.
I took pictures of the damaged pizzas. Even my kids were surprised because they loveD Marco’s.
Visited this location this week and was pleased with the outcome. We ordered online, and there were no issues there. Arrived at the store, and we were properly greeted by an employee and handed our meal as we were told to have a great evening and enjoy our food. We were literally in and out of the store as our food was ready even a few minutes before predicted by the online expectation. The food was hot and fresh. Pizza was perfect, but our wings could have been cooked a little longer. Overall, we were satisfied and we will return.

This was by far the best pizza we have eaten in a long time. The crust was fresh and chewy with a bit of edge crunch. Our boxer dog Daisy is still crying for another slice. We will reorder again soon.
