Place is usually super chill. The lady with the cupcake earrings is very rude and will laugh in your face about something minor. If she got a problem she should at-least wait till I turn around lol! Food came out quick. Good as it gets in terms of fast food

This used to be the best McDonald's in Northeast Ohio and now they are among the worst. I don't know what changed but over the past few months I've been getting my orders missing items, undercooked fries, wrong type of soda, and now the straw that broke the camel's back is getting someone else's order entirely. Tony, you better take a closer look at your McDonald's because there is something seriously wrong here.

Hands down the best McDonalds you can eat from. I live in Canada now, but whenever I'm in town I usually stop by for something from this location. Whether it be a sausage mcmuffin or a chocolate milkshake, it's always fresh and prepared the way you expect. I've met the owner and his friendly, courteous manner shows in every employee. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Great food & always fresh my only complaint is I would like to see more consistent- customer service I frequent this location a lot & my favorite item is the Double Quarter with cheese & I always ask for a couple of mayo packets & is given to me with no hesitation I visited today a little after 12pm of course asked for a couple of mayo packets the rude lady proceeds to tell me they are $.25 I left no reply don’t get it twisted I have no problem with that if that was consistent across the board get it together - I’m sure 2 packs of mayo isn’t going to affect a business that brings in over 100k per week stop being petty with customers not a good look..

Lazy axx workers! Went to the service window inside to get a refill onu soda. Stupid old man manager looked at me as I stood there but never addressed me for what I needed.
Nobody would assist me. Such a terrible customer service problem here.
I won't eat at this location again. Chesterland is MUCH better.
