Was in the drive through and was told to pull to the next window, but there was no one there and I watched over 6 people behind me get their food and I had a small order. Finally flagged someone down and then didn't even get an apology, was told this is how things are done

I'm just saying for curbside you should be bringing it to the person's window where the human is not making me crawl over my entire truck to get my food out of the passenger side when it's just me. I'm just saying you get paid to walk it out to the cars, you should be delivering it to the person. Don't be lazy.
Now imagine if I actually had a medical reason to be doing curbside You shouldn't assume I should even be able to crawl over my center console.

I was calling them because I saw an advertisement online, however when I called and asked them the person on the other line told us to not call them on some goofy stuff. Really hurt because we were curious and hungry if it was real or not. I would seriously consider rehiring the members who pick up the calls!

Only stopped for oatmeal and coffee Really like the oatmeal with raisins and chopped apple. For the price could fill the cup higher. Good coffee. The employees cordial and helpful This Mayfield unit always clean and well maintained. McDonalds no longer a value but was fine for quick snack for which I came in.
Never been inside this location. Always ordered through Drive-thru. But the food is hot and 10/10 times. Intercom and window associates are alway nice and have a friendly smile. Probably the best McDonald's in the east side of Cleveland.

We like going to McDonald's and I've been very impressed with this location. This review is specifically for the dining in experience. I've always avoided dining in at a McDonald's, but this location is an exception. The bathrooms are clean. The dining area has a very homey atmosphere. The staff are always delightful and they always go above and beyond whenever we dine in. I especially love seeing the older folks working there. They're the sweetest. Overall, we really enjoy going to this location.
As for the drive-thru, no problems there. They're quick!

The general manager likes to yell over the phone and keep repeating the same thing if you try to speak. They’re not up to date on anything going on with specials or deals because they were briefed months earlier. A waste of time going to this McDonald’s that prioritizes money over the customers experience
