I go to this very super-awesome, super-fantastic place and drive-thru every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) morning. Sometimes I get the big breakfast. Other days, I get the super cool Sausage Egg McMuffin. And today, I got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Along with the hash brown. Staff was reasonable and professional with our food this morning. Breakfast food was delivered to our car quicker. Drinks were delivered quicker, too. Drive-thru at breakfast time and lunch time is always quick. Always the best customer service 24 hours, day in and day out, always the same.

This is my favorite Mcdonald's and I am a resident. However, in Sunday March 24th at 1:57 pm ordered a double quarter pounder cheese meal with an large fry and two filet-o-fish sandwiches and I am so disappointed and upset because I was given Big Mac patties instead ôf quarter pounder patties and they were dried out and there were barely any condiments on the sandwich. You can tell the fries were old because neither were they hot or crisp. And there is a special going on where you get a fish special...the second for a quarter but I was charged 1.00 for a .25.cents special sandwich and it was slightly dry too. At any, I thought they would do something regarding my complaint and the only manager Nick, the day shift manager offered was an apology and to remake the order but this was after I had arrived home and was feeling unwell and expressed them to him. So I asked for the morning managers name, Ed, and will be calling tomorrow as this is the best McDonald's in town and I am very displeased this time especially considering inflationary prices.

This McDonald’s is insane. ? The food is hot and fresh every time. They prepare the food the way they’re supposed to. Friendly and quick service even when they’re busy. My order is accurate every time. I might come back one more time before I start my cleanse and after that I gotta stay away from this McDonald’s for a while. ?

The same experienced with others, this mayfield heights location downside is during breakfast-drive tru service. I will not dare anymore ordering breakfast/drive tru it gets me nuts.. either wrong orders or missing orders and just today the lady with super long/thick eyelashes dont even confirm my order and just told me the amount i have to pay.. so was charged with the wrong amount + they gave me wrong sandwhich. Its obvious i gave my rewards code and they can see my order on my cart and they confirmed it. Still wrong.. dismayed to the highest level as always happened during breakfast/drive tru orders.
