terrible service and the food is not watch I expected, store bought tortillas, bio-engineered rice....bland, only good thing is the queso.

Took a trip from Mansfield To Cleveland, on the way home we drove out of the way to eat at Moe's. I am so glad that we did, we had the pleasure of meeting Devon & Mary. Two of the nicest, and respectful people that I’ve came into contact with in a very long time.
If you get a chance, and you’re in Mayfield Heights you must stop by and let their positive energy shine.

It was amazing! The employees were great! Helpful and a pleasure. Got 3 tacos with Tofu and loaded with all sorts of yummyness. Topped with Chipotle Ranch was fantastic. And the chips and queso dip is great. We'll be back for sure!
Vegetarian options: Love their tacos with Tofu and beans and all the veggies.

This was my boyfriend and I's first time at Moes, I would like to say these gentlemen working tonight were FANTASTIC. These guys deserve a raise, from their kindness, patience and overall happiness when we walked in. I feel like it's so hard to find that now a days, it was so refreshing to witness. We just moved to the area and have had negative experiences with two local businesses so far, so we cannot wait to come back to Moes! Your guy's kindness does not go unnoticed.

I haven't been to moes in a while so I thought I would take the kids and I. Let me just say the quality of the food is just disgusting. We used to go all the time so I can tell the difference. What got me the most is there was men's hair in the sauce at the salsa bar. I literally had another customer staring at me as I was about to puke just throwing it out!! Very unacceptable. I paid 40 dollars for me and two kids. Thats like going out to an actual restaurant. After seeing hair in food. I will never ever go here again!!!

Outstanding Customer Service!
I had an amazing experience at this Moe's, thanks to their professionalism & exceptional customer service. During my first visit, I was impressed to see the manager, D'vaughn, and the district manager, Yvonne, actually preparing the food themselves. It didn’t matter that they held titles— they were in the trenches, working side by side with the rest of the team. I only knew their titles because the service was so outstanding, I had to ask.
On my second visit, D'vaughn was there again, along with Braylon and Daishun. They were incredibly helpful with my order, and when my taco came out messy, they proactively remade it without me asking. That level of care is rare to find and the leadership team is A1!
I specifically chose this Moe’s over Chipotle and Qdoba because of the outstanding customer service. It’s definitely worth going out of my way for. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so enjoyable!

The place was dirty as anything. The service was not great. The food was even worse, the chicken was old and dry and overall was way too expensive for anything you get. Very not recommended.

Honestly I truly enjoy Moe’s food and I have been eating here since they were stationed in Tri-C cafeteria. But my visit recently has honestly left me furious!! On Nov. 9th, myself, my daughter and my mom unfortunately ended up stuck due to emergency car issues so we were already irritable going to NTB next door. I decided to purchase 2 bowls and the kids burrito meal while we wait. My daughter wanted spicy chicken in her burrito it my mom and I wanted white meat. Everything was fine during our visit until I bit into a raw piece of chicken. I called complaining of this issue and requesting a refund with no hostility at all. I was told that a supervisor would call me. I called back a few days later when I didn’t receive a call back and was directly connected to a supervisor. He apologized for the inconvenience but treated me as if I was trying to scam them or that I was lying. He said he was there that day, which I’m unsure why I wasn’t connected to him when I called that day. He said he’s confident in all the food he puts out. Which is completely understandable but of course mistakes happen. Instead of making me feel like my concerns weren’t worth addressing, I would have appreciated a call back and a solution. But I guess the customers health and safety doesn’t really matter to this Moe’s Southwest Grill location and that is absolutely unacceptable. So watch the food you consume here?
