We visited Otani and sat at the hibachi grill. The miso soup was delicious and our steak entree and chicken entree were also quite tasty and cooked to perfection. As a matter of fact, all of our food was simply delicious. The only criticism I have is that the salad dressing was a bit too sweet for our liking. In addition, I need to say that our waiter and our grill cook/chef were wonderful. We look forward to visiting again.

Otani is perfection. My order was packaged well and arrived at the perfect temperature. I ordered DoorDash. Miso Soup was hot, umami a full of seaweed and balanced with scallions and tofu. The salad was crisp and fresh, but the dressing didn't taste anything like ginger. It was extremely sweet. I also got a Haiku Roll. It was SO good. The tempura yam and zucchini in it were crisp and the avocado was fresh. I'd add peanuts to the top next time. The vegan spring rolls was crisp and full of veggies. Can't wait to order more!Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetarian appetizers, entrees and maki.Dietary restrictions: They have a dedicated vegan menu and also have an expansive variety for pescatarians.
They don’t seem like the cleanest place not to mention the fact that my waitress I’m assuming took it apon he self to write a tip on my receipt so my card was charged with out my permission. Very unprofessional and I doubt they last too long ??

I ordered the chicken teriyaki and because they got rid of the hibachi tables, you don’t see what’s being cooked…there was no mention on the menu of getting a side shrimp. I went to bite in to my chicken and it was shrimp. Luckily I’m not allergic however, I don’t eat seafood and was sick for two days.

Great hibachi grill! They have smaller grill top tables as well so our party of 5 had the whole table to ourselves. Our chef was great and funny, and the food was really tasty too! The steaks were surprisingly quite nice cuts as well! Big portions too, I had to take over half of my triple combo home!

Very disappointed. We didn’t even stay long enough to order food. It is filthy and service was awful. This place needs a good deep cleaning. The to go set up is all over the front- dirty pots of soup and dirty dish bins out. Server never brought one of the drinks. We just put cash out to pay for the worst martini I have ever tasted and left. Do not recommend.

Decided to give this place another try after having bad service here dinning in one day. after a long day of work i ordered take out online just to get there to pick it up , and being told they older to be picked up already . It was not . how did this happen ??this is unacceptable ! the food is ok but service is terrible . i will not be returning . bad experience dinning in and take out .

Horrible serve. The server was rude and mean. Never again. She needs to work at a prison. If you dont like people, then stay away from them. Dont throw your meanness onto your customers. Perhaps you should stick to robots. She will never see me there again she doesnt deserve the job she has.

I only get to go hibachi bc I started coming here during the pandemic…food is always good and hot they have the best steak and shrimp…it’s a little pricey but worth it…the two gentlemen that are usually taking orders are so nice and polite…I would highly recommend this place!
