Yeah. Terrible service. Staff were unfriendly. No one greeted us… busy cleaning the bread racks. Came in around 7:45. They were prepping to close already. When I asked why the soup didn’t have cheese in it( French onion soup) , the guy at the counter gave me a look like I interrupted his phone call on his AirPods (he was on the phone). Lady running sweeper next to my table really loud… it had a broken belt or something. Like purposely running the sweeper thing 10-20 on the same spot… I get the hint…. The food was ok at least. But I won’t be returning.
Horribly set I e! Actually, no service!!
Nobody there would even acknowledge us. Ask a question and they are rude to you!
Everyone is on their phone.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ZERO!
Never again!
I will never stop there again, and I advise anyone reading this to go to the next choice for food, or a different Paneras.

6036 Mayfield Heights (Panera). I ordered a whole fuji salad and specified I wanted Xtra chicken, fuji apple and dressing on the side. I get my order from the drive thru, only to look inside the bag and see nothing was done correctly. I go inside and ask if they could please give me another salad the way I asked (without an attitude). The manager walking through (who has the problem with the salad). I said no problem, may I just have my order the way I asked. She asked if I mentioned the specifics in the drive thru, and I said yes. She then said to me, you want to make it yourself. Then I hear someone say, we'll I didn't hear him, I was on the phone. Once they were done, someone says who had the salad. I come to the counter, to only have my bag of food thrown at me with a attitude from the employee. Mentioned the disrespectful employee to the manager, who says back to me (well did you get your salad). I responded to her, that this is a whole different complaint at this point. She brushed me off and said(well you have your salad). I would Avoid this panera at all costs. Reported this to corporate (we will see what happens (if anything). Not there 1st complaint about the same manager. Complaints about her from over a year ago. Definitely won't be returning to this location! The manager and employee needs to be fired. I wanted nothing but my salad the way I asked.

I had such a bizarre interaction with the cashier working at 10:30am on 3/12. She was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. I ordered a bagel and before I could say that I wanted cream cheese, she said "You have to tell me if you want cream cheese. People just assume that I know. You have to tell me what you want. I don't know if you want cream cheese unless you tell me." Then, when I was ready to pay, I took out my credit card. She said "What do you have there?" I said I was paying with a card. She replied "I don't know what you have there. You have to tell me what you have there. Some people have a gift card and swipe it and it doesn't work." Okay, if that's the issue, then just ask people if they intend to pay with credit card or gift card. I had no idea what she was getting at.

I’ve never had any issues with Panera, until today.
I ordered lunch through DoorDash, a toasted frontega sandwich and the citrus punch. The sandwich was good, per usual.
The punch however, tasted very alcoholic, as if it had fermented. I thought I was crazy at first, and looked it up and surely other Panera employees around the company have confirmed on social media that the drink tends to ferment if not changed often enough! Other customers across different locations have mentioned the same issue.
It is completely irresponsible of Panera as a company to not provide a solution to this issue - what if someone bought this drink for their child? Or someone like me, who is 20 weeks pregnant!
To be honest, everything else at this location is totally fine, the food is good and I’ve personally never had bad service. Actually, I don’t even blame this situation on the location, especially since it seems to happen at other locations. They are required to carry the product - it’s the corporation more so that is the issue. Just stay clear of the citrus punch.
Even though it was packed the restaurant was pretty calm. Everything tasted great but I’m just not a fan of the juice.

The staff are rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on all shifts that I’ve ordered on. They mess up orders, get an attitude when you have sit at the window and let them know. The girl tonight snatch an apple I didn’t ask for out my hand and slammed it into the trash. They shorted me 6 cookies last week that I ordered, hung up on me when I called about an online order that charged me twice. Horrible. These people and the Lander location all need to be trained in etiquette and courtesy or fired and work at a barn for untamed animals. Their behavior would be perfect there.

The manager there is very rude. She is not pleasant at all. Today I had to apologize for a small order mistake in front of her staff. I felt like I was being scolded like a child.

Ordered delivery. Order was incorrect and space that says order checked by: is blank. So clearly no checked. Unable to have anyone pick up the phone to speak to the manager
Rule #1.. If you actually care about your business that Im sure you tried so hard for.. Hire better employees! And maybe follow up on at least one bad review to offer some type of resolution!? Do you even bother to check your reviews? Obviously not! Bad business! I will not be back for that reason alone! Absolutely terrible service! Could not have been worse! Maybe the worst order ever!? I did have a larger order which I placed using the app that I picked up through the drive through. There were a total of 12 actual items missing on top of misc. which is completely unacceptable. I ordered a cobb salad with extra cheese eggs etc, and it came with no chicken, no bacon, no eggs, and barely any cheese etc. How do you forget all of the meat and everything else on a $12 Cobb salad? Pretty much lettuce and a couple of tomatoes.. Like really?? The other salad was missing ingredients also, and both salads had the wrong dressing. I just cant understand. Complete carelessness. The sandwiches were sloppily made. The soups werent filled all the way. I paid for a chocolate croissant but they were out so they chose to give me a cookie instead without even seeing if that was ok with me. Then they refused to give me a refund for the missing croissant, so I got charged for two and I only received one. They could genuinely have cared less and even found it amusing. I dont know how people can make that many mistakes and then do nothing to rectify the situation, but instead only say and do things that make matters worse. If I made that many mistakes at my job I wouldnt have one. Step your game up and maybe try caring just a little. People work hard for their money and to be so sloppy and careless with peoples food and have an attitude on top of that is unpolished and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Its not rocket science do better. And do you think that Panera reached out as they absolutely should have? Of course not Smh. I guess they could care less too. I prefer Starbucks and Piada anyways! Bye panera! Your not even worth the high priced hassle! Period!

Overpriced period. I ordered soup $8. The bowl was half full. I asked them about the serving size. They suggested buying another bowl. I said thank you and won't return.
Don't buy the soup. Their chicken noodle is Progresso for 3-4 times the price.
Oh, and their sandwiches are mostly bread... at Panera, I get it, but $12 for what?
They do have good internet.
