I went through drive through and ordered my food. I got to the window to pay and asked if I can get my 2 meals in separate bags, the lady there then said they were already bagged and that she'll give me an extra bag to do it myself. Ok fine, no problem. So i waited for a little while which i shouldn't have because they were bagged already right? Ok, so She proceeded to give me my bag and here we go; boom I received the wrong order. So I went inside to let them know so I can get the food I ordered. And I encountered their manager Victoria she was extremely rude and disrespectful I felt I was being discriminated against. I told her about my order it was wrong and that I had bread not chips and also that the whole order wasn't mine BTW. She went on to get me 2 pieces of bread they weren't wrapped covered in anyway then decided to set them on the filty counter top n continued to finish doing other orders. I am an African American woman now we all know she wouldn't have done that to a Caucasian woman. And had i had acted in an aggressive manner about it she would've called the police on me. This whole situation could have went left and lord knows I wanted to but instead I called the Corporate Office and had it escalated. The crazy part is this was the 1st time I had ever been into a Panera Bread and this is the experience I had to endure. Go figure :/ Another employee proceeded to help be who seemed to be use to the way Victoria acts to people which isn't Ok at all. But she helped me I told her I didn't want my food but would keep the 2nd order because it was for someone else so she refunded me for that and apologized to me and gave me my card and receipt said my funds will be back in 3-7 days. The amount of annoyance, anger, and discomfort i felt after leaving that place trust I'll never go back. But Ms. Victoria needs to see some kind of disciplinary action for her misconduct and unprofessionalism at the workplace. It was uncalled for and she should not be the face of your establishment. She did not handle that situation as a manager should it was very childish and did jot show leadership skills at allllll. And I shouldve gotten a full refund and an apology.

If you don’t mind listening to loud employees voices that can be clearly heard all throughout the restaurant gossiping and moving slow then come here. Also, after waiting 10 minutes for a plain bagel someone slammed the bag on the counter and walked off.

Whenever I come, always have nice service here. Food is great. Their soups are warming, smooth especially broccoli cheddar and butternut squash. Bakery is always excellent, bread and pastries are freshly made. They have a little fire place which is so cozy and warming.

The young lady behind the counter was nasty with me when I asked if that was my order on the counter, and super nasty with another customer who asked a simple question about a item Honda self-serve kiosk... Her attitude her body language and her communication was terrible.. and it looks like the rest of the employees felt intimidated by her please do Panera bread a favor send her to Burger King for employment so she can have it her way

Came in with kids meal coupons and was told I couldn’t use them because the manager was too busy. Person at the order counter was very rude. I can think of many ways they could’ve handled this, but they just told me no and acted like I was inconveniencing them by coming in with these coupons.

Just Close this place already! We try it every few months hoping someone with intelligence has made changes to the staff, ESPECIALLY the Manager! The Manager and staff are horribly rude, have attitude, stay on phones, throw food down on the counter instead of handing it to you. They swear, yell and are just plain horrible human beings!

Orders are never right and frankly I'm afraid to eat there again due to the lack of cleanliness even if the staff did change. What is wrong with the regional manager that she can't get control of this place.

I have never ever been to any restaurant that can rival how bag this place is. Everyone stop spending money there and maybe they will finally do something. This Panera can only be described as disgusting through and through!

When I tell you that customers service does not exist in the place among the Management! I have had some place and workers unhappy at work, but these managers at this location truly HATE PEOPLE and DISLIKE serving the public. Not really sure why they are working in Customer service and at this place were you do nothing but talk to the public. Rude and very Hostile and no I no longer eat there.

Unacceptably Rude and Hostile Service
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Panera drive-thru. The employee taking my order was shockingly rude and impatient from the start. Every time I tried to speak, I was interrupted with a snappy, “Is that it?” — repeatedly — even though I clearly wasn’t finished.

To make matters worse, when I clarified part of my order, they snapped back saying, “You didn’t say that” — when I absolutely did. I was speaking clearly, and there was no need for that kind of dismissive, confrontational tone. The entire interaction was hostile and unprofessional. Work somewhere else if this is your way of treating people.
