Horrible Panera . My daughter and I went for a special dinner . Her mac and cheese was ice cold , I went to the desk to let them know . They pointed to the microwave and said there is a microwave . Bread was stale . Employees were loud and laughing so we couldn’t really talk . They didn’t have the blueberry muffin I ordered so they gave us something different . Really horrible 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend !

7:30am my mother was in the store and the manager was yelling at the customer because she couldn’t handle everything and she was overwhelmed. While I understand the pressure of understaffing that fact that you can yell at an elderly woman because your company can retain employees says a lot.

The girl in the drive-through was extremely rude. I had to check my location to make sure I wasn’t At Popeyes (iykyk) with how they were talking to me. They need a lesson in customer service because I almost pulled off. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. When you walk into a business, and no one addresses you, but the the staff is talking about going out, what their boo did, or if they are going to “get” some, but nothing to you, as a patron, when do you not go back??? Well, Panera off Mayfield in Mayfield Hts., I will not be back. I entered my ordered, waited five minutes, for a cup of coffee and coconut pastry and was ignored until I spoke up than got an attitude. Well, I am choosing not to patronize this establishment ever again. Until we remove money from the pocketbook of these establishments, no changes will be made. Make a stand, not just with Panera, but these other big business that take out money and not give a crap about us.

Ordered a sandwich with avocado and got 1 tiny sliver of avocado which covered maybe 1/4 of the entire sandwich. The individual in the drive thru was also quite rude.

Rude counter lady told us to move our car out of the 5 minute pick up space even though her car was backed in with a handicap sticker on it. Don't understand why people don't want the business because of their rude and ignorant attitudes. Management needs to look in to this

Staff is way too loud with customers trying to enjoy their drink and/or meal. Can't even hear person sitting next to you at table. Will not be going back. This is consistent behavior not one time occurrence.

My sandwich was cold and my Mac and cheese was basically a block of ice and the very rude worker behind the counter told me to go warm it up in the microwave myself. The worker had also been yelling at other employees for the time we were dining in. Unbelievable, won't be eating here again.

This is the worst panera in Ohio. Maybe all of the east coast. They don’t have someone at the front taking cash. They expected me to stand there and wait 20 minutes while they made everyone else’s order before even having an available employee to take my order. I will never return to this location. The manager was unorganized as well.
