They do not have the full range of breads etc., a bit smaller location/menu, in hospital atrium lobby area, plenty of seating. It's clean, friendly staff, average wait times.

Waited 40 minutes for ONE blueberry muffin. Ended up just walking away. I'm out about $4 but it just wasn't worth my aggravation at that point. The staff are really unfriendly and dont make eye contact. Several orders were posted ready for pickup including mine when in fact they weren't. This location is ridiculous. Dont waste youre time. Won't be back.

Got the pick two. Half tuna and Mac and cheese. The service was very fast as I went and orders through the drive through. However there was like nuts and brown things I have no idea what they were in my tuna sandwich…. Super bummed tried to pick out but by then I had like no tuna left.. waste my money on this meal. Will not be back to this location.
Panera themselves changed the bread to white…never knew this so wasn’t pleased with the new break choice rather have had the previous kind.
Mac and cheese was good and hot though.

I told the employee at the window an item was missing from my receipt. I wasn't angry and had money ready to pay. She looked at me like I ruined her whole week, charged me twice as much, couldn't explain why it was a different price, then ended up not even giving me one of the bags with the rest of my order.

This Panera is located in Hillcrest Hospital. I am so glad they were there. I needed to eat while being there with my son. They were fast and so polite, plus the food was so good

We waited 40 minutes for 1 coffee, 1 hot tea and 1 blueberry bagel. The staff had no sense of urgency or customer service. This was by far the worst service we have received. Slow motion would be a strong improvement.

Spacious area even in a bustling and crowded hospital.
It's not far from the entrance and easy access to the main lobby of the hospital. Prices reflect normal panera bread prices. Food was OK.
We enjoyed stopping in here on the way in and out during our extended stay.
Customer service was OK, lines were a bit chaotic, koisk ordering only which I dislike. I realize it's the new direction of things, but human interaction and compassion can go a long way when visitors are just overly stressed and full of grief. Personal interaction is important...

I am disabled. During my transaction i dropped my credit card. Miquel at Hillcrest Hospital was honest and quick to help me find my missing card. The service was A+’ High five Miquel. However my muffin. was hard and not fresh. i believe he wasn’t aware. Nevertheless Miquel was kind helpful and a nice young man.
My family and I are grieving as we say goodbye to our family member. We grabbed a bite at the Panera. Patrick the manager was friendly and greeted everyone! Asking what they needed how long they waited and giving away free drinks. He disregarded Us not saying a word. I’m sure it had something to do with Race which is very disheartening. ALL races deserve to be treated the same but I know that’s not the world we live in and Patrick reminded us of that.

Took 15 min for an iced latte. Didn’t call my name or change it on the board. Tried asking for a refund if it wasn’t ready & it was sitting back there. Gave me the wrong drink as well. Disappointed 😠

I made a purchase yesterday, at the Panera Bread, located inside of Cleve. Clinic Hillcrest Hosp. The only person who was dressed appropriately was the manager, and a woman that was in the kitchen. The male that prepared the soup, was wearing a dirty hat, no apron, and failed to put on gloves. Having no regard for safety, when preparing food.
