I am disabled. During my transaction i dropped my credit card. Miquel at Hillcrest Hospital was honest and quick to help me find my
missing card. The service was A+’ High five Miquel. However my muffin. was hard and not fresh. i believe he wasn’t aware. Nevertheless Miquel was kind helpful and a nice young man.

This Panera is like most Paneras, expensive for what you get. I ordered lunch for pickup and everything was there at the appropriate time. The food was consistent to other locations.

It's not far from the entrance and easy access to the main lobby of the hospital. Prices reflect normal panera bread prices. Food was OK.
We enjoyed stopping in here on the way in and out during our extended stay.
Customer service was OK, lines were a bit chaotic, koisk ordering only which I dislike. I realize it's the new direction of things, but human interaction...
