If I could give 0 stars i definitely would this location is very terrible I wish I would’ve went with my first mind and went the the one on cedar road terrible service cashier didn’t wanna be there 1/6/25 around 630 one pizza was overly $20 very bad experience no greeting no have a good day just a very bad day and service for them $20 for a soggy pizza they didnt warn me about any specials they had thats why I wait til the end of my service to tip and no one deserved a tip

I could understand why the low rating at this place lady working there tonight has a very bad attitude. Understandable there might be times that store gets busy but that's not dashers or customer fault. Get a smile on and learn how to talk to customers or coworkers. I'd hate to work in such a hostile environment.

Driver left food on porch I just happen to go outside and saw it. At least ring the door bell or knock. Pizza was dry as always. Better pizza to choose from in area.

This is probably one of the worst Papa John’s location ever. Every single worker, and I’m not exaggerating, every single one acts like they don’t want to be there (so then don’t be). Supervisors and managers are extremely rude. They don’t make your pizza with even 1% care. Just very unfriendly in general. Always understaffed, probably because supervisors and managers are beyond rude (just my guess, but I wouldn’t want to work here even if they paid $50/hour). Just a sad excuse of a franchise and they should be totally ashamed.

We live 3 miles away and system says it is not in delivery zone. I called and get a call center . A freaking call center for local pizza.... Give address to her and she states there is no Papa Johns in my delivery zone. We wanted to try it but looks like we never will. No problem!

I would NEVER recommend going into, calling or ordering from THIS PAPA JOHNS! Whomever the manager is (MARY), she is extremely unprofessional and rude. My pizza is never correct, never cooked thoroughly and always late. I refuse to step foot in that location because of her and the employees that need to dress the part. What happened to this place? It used to be our go to and now I'd rather eat store bought pizza. They should really give out the corporate phone number so people can voice their opinion and actually be heard.

This was my first time ordering from this location, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. I placed an order for a pizza through the app and arrived with about 10 minutes left before it was supposed to be ready. I waited in my car until the app notified me that my order was complete.
When I went inside, the male associate at the counter was helping another customer and seemed visibly frustrated. He called the manager to take over and went back to making orders, but he did not wash his hands after handling the register and money.
A woman came in behind me, and the manager chose to address her after finishing with the previous customer, completely ignoring me even though I was next in line. After helping her, he finally asked for the name on my order. I told him, and he claimed it was still in the oven, despite the app stating it was ready. I waited patiently as he served three more people before the female associate noticed a box sitting on the counter and realized my order wasn’t in the oven at all.
The manager then began to make my order, also without washing his hands after handling money. I decided to cancel my order at that point. Not only was the service unorganized and frustrating, but the lack of cleanliness was also concerning.
While the prices at this location are better compared to others, the service and hygiene standards are definitely lacking. I’d rather drive a bit further for better service and consistent cleanliness.

I just came to get pizza, there was a middle-aged blonde lady who scolded me because I didn't know English, the employees next to her laughed at me, it made me very upset, be careful with your information, if you go, you may experience the same situation.

Ordered $100 worth of pizzas guy at the shop was rude and pizzas did not get delivered. When I called back he put the phone down on me. Great service will use them again ?
