Terrible customer service ordered online sat there waiting for my sandwich. The guy mentioned my name, but didn’t say it loud enough for me to hear it. When I finally went up to the counter, he just pointed down at the sandwich. Seems as if he was angry didn’t wanna work just absolutely terrible environment. Terrible vibe.

Friendly service but very slow. Fries were 5.00 for a medium and served in a cup. Only got fries to the top rim and were like warm at best.

I went in to Penn station wanting to order and there was no one the line but one person at the register, i walked in and the girl at the register looked at me and walked in the back and hid behind the wall. I stood there for 30 minutes and was not acknowledged. I ended up leaving but that was unacceptable and i was very angry because i had my appetite fixed on having Penn station.
