Piada Italian Street Food

First time at the restaurant. The gentleman that took and made our order was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything to us. The food was really good. Told us there was a restaurant closer to us in the Pittsburgh area. Since we live 3 hours away.

Disappointing. I have been to 2 other local locations, and both of those were far better. Granted, it has been a few years, so maybe all of the locations have gone downhill, I don't know. At other locations, the meats were prepared fresh or at least freshly warmed, not the case here. Stuff was just laying waiting to be used, and the tasted reflected this. The alfredo sauce was absolutely disgusting, tasted like old ranced oil. For almost $60 for a kids meal and 2 adult bowls with no beverages. NOPE much better choices to be had for less money.

The food was good, the service was really great, sometimes in getting take out, the service can be hit or miss! But in this case the folks were great! Highly recommend patronizing this location.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We just moved to the area and decided to try Piada. We ordered delivery since we were in the middle of the move. The dasher brought me someone else's order. I was allergic to the food in that order so could not eat it or even bring into my apartment. Since I ordered thru the app I called the store to see about a refund/reorder. The lady who answered the phone went above and beyond!! I wish I could remember her name. I explained what happened. She spoke with chef and worked it out so she could deliver my meal herself. I couldn't believe it. I honestly cannot think of another place that would do that for a customer. Especially when the error was not their fault. I am an area manager in the food service field and I know how hard it is to find find people that care. We need more people like that in this industry! The food was amazing as well. It's hard to find a place that me and my daughter love. This is that place. We will be going there in person next time and cannot wait for our next meal.
