Primoz Pizzeria Mayfield Heights

Ordered lunch for a large group. using the online portal. Order went through showed charge on card. Lunch time rolled around no pizza. When I call the store they have no record of my order and say they have nothing to do with the online ordering process. It took them over a half hour just to figure out what happened and find my order. Doesn't seem very efficient at all. Now I have 20 people waiting for lunch thats not coming.

I tried calling but that sucked because they said to go online for quickest order. I was driving and had to stop,order, log in. Not quick. It said order ready at 703. I got notice 718. And then only 1 pizza. The phone said bogo, the sign outside said bogo. But they gave me 1 pizza. They offered another, but I wasn't waiting another 40 minutes. He said 15, but the first wasn't ready on time, why trust a second.

i feel sorry for cleveland. I ordered well done and this thing wasn't even all the way cooked and was cold when it got here. i will never try this stuff again.

I love this pizza. There are lots of vegan options, and the food is actually really good.

Pulled into the location to pickup my pizza order and noticed there was a sign that said Tuesdays are Buy 1 get the 2nd free. I asked the young man about it and all he said was “oh it’s nothing we can do about it now bc I should have put two orders in.” Didn’t offer a coupon for next time, free wings, bread sticks, not even a free pop. Definitely not a great first impression for a first time customer. Not sure if I will be willing to return or refer others.

Great place for out of town family to get pizza they will love the Conversation

I placed an order for four pizzas and wings through Door Dash. I didn’t receive the wings. The delivery person told me that the restaurant advised him there was a shortage of wings. Yet somehow there was no effort made to refund me.
When I called to complain, I waited on hold for fifteen minutes. No one ever picked up.
This was our first and last time ordering from here.

Decided to try this place and 2 employees saidbibwould come back and come back i did! Amazing pizza and wings!

Asked for light oil, said please not too much oil. Still a pool of oil in the box. All I could taste was oil. Also no balsamic drizzle on it. Vegan mozzarella sticks not good 😢

They threw raw vegetables over a half- baked pizza and called it vegan. Dough was 99% uncooked and was complete liquid after sitting for a half hour. Hilarious that they think I would accept this. Place should be shut down.

The place is nicely kept and under construction. I do not think it’s a pizza joint because the pizzas I’ve had were not tasty but the wings are very very good!

I love meatless Monday's . My boyfriend is a vegan so it's nice to have a place close to home were we can get pizza and other food items. Nick the staff member at the Mayfield location is always so nice and professional when we go.
